This is the best Starbucks in the greater surrounding area. The people that work here truly care about making sure you have a great experience and they do their very best to keep everything running as smoothly as possible. You will not wait in line for a long time at the Starbucks like you might at others. The drive-thru is always running so smoothly, and the drinks are always made perfectly, and when you come in, you truly feel welcomed by every single employee. They relieve you go out of their way to be genuine and connect with every customer. I will drive past other starbucks locations to go to this one. The consistency of the food service and atmosphere all being five stars every time is what keeps me coming back again and again sometimes two times a day!
I love this Starbucks more than any other Starbucks and it is truly my third home.

Never go here.
Hate. Hate. Hate. Hate this location. Every time I come here there is an issue. Every single time. Unfortunately It’s the closest to me. Today was the last straw. I will take the drive somewhere else.
Used to be a great location. I was told I'll have to clean my reusable cup before they'll refill it next time. They used to rinse it out and fill it up !!!
They got the new machines with three different kinds of coffee but never dark roast....

Yesterday’s visit was the greatest pleasure wholly in part to Ja’Ron. His readiness to entertain my unique version of crazy had me smiling for hours after our encounter.
This particular Starbucks is oftentimes out of stock on some of my fave ingredients but the Baristas are NEVER short on great customer service!

I try to avoid this Starbucks if I can help it but when I can’t it’s hit or miss.. usually. Lately more misses. If you care about collecting your Stars then tread lightly at this location. There is a girl at the window at this one, when I see her I know my orders not going to be rang up correctly. In the past, I asked her not to redeem my stars and she did anyways on a big order! and exhausted all of my stars I had been saving. And the only fix the manager was willing to offer was a $4 gift card for over $50 worth of stars gone! Then this morning I used my personal cup. She did not add it to the order and I didn’t notice until after. Also my order came up to $9.30 and I had $8.15 left on a gift card and told her I wanted to pay the rest on my card. She charged my card for the whole $9.30 so not only did I pay out of pocket for the whole thing. I didn’t get double stars from using the gift card. My venti was also half full. I was too irritated to even complain. I won’t be back.

Quickly made it thru the drive thru to get my coffee on the way to work.
There isn't anything amazing about this location. It's a pretty standard location. It does the job, but I recommend mobile ordering if possible. It gets very busy, and you could either be waiting in the drive thru line or waiting inside for a coffee.

Order at the drive thru window 2 carmel macchiatos. Returned to item because they tasted like flavored water without the coffee. The wo.an remaking the drinks used a rag to clean up a coffee spill on the counter and under her register. She continued using the same rag to clean the steam mixer handle that frath the milk and then put the handle to mix the 2 carmel macchiatos I ordered. I requested a refund.
