I went to Macys this afternoon to pickup my order and my family always stops by Starbucks to get coffee and strawberry Frappuccinos. I ordered and waited until I realized my order was last. 5 people that ordered after me received their orders before me. I was nice at first, but got upset as this seemed to be done on purpose. There are 2 ladies working there and the one that makes the drinks is a rude and entitled associate. I respect people’s hard work but her attitude and behavior today was unacceptable. This happened about 5:30pm today.

We paid $8 for a coffee that was accidentally dropped. When we asked if we could have our drink remade for us the cashier was unwilling to remake the drink and said she would have to get the manager. We did not realize it would be a big deal to have the coffee remade so we told them to forget about it. The amount of money I give to Starbucks so often and they couldn’t remake my drink after it was accidentally dropped? Ridiculous.

*UPDATE* no one opened the Macy’s doors until 11:04am. Got to the Starbucks counter and the drinks hadn’t been remade yet. Order was placed at 10:30ish for 10:45 pick up, was told I couldn’t come in to get my drinks, asked for them to me remade for pick up at 11, got in the store, drinks weren’t remade. Didn’t get out of Macy’s/Starbucks TIL 11:09AM!!!Coworkers and I placed an order for 10:45am. Macy’s doors are locked til 11am when Macy’s opens. Called Starbucks and they said that our drinks are ready but we aren’t allowed to come in to get them til 11?? So they’re just gonna sit there getting cold while I have to stand outside and wait. So why was 10:45 allowed on mobile pickup? Asked barista to remake them since we won’t want cold coffees. She said she would, hopefully she does

I usually get a mocha latte with the whip cream n chocolate drizzle. I got some chocolate mess with cookie bits in it and I did not like it at all! From now on I will stick to what I normally get.
