I don't go to Starbucks often but the one at Easton has some of the nicest employees. They were very helpful and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with my drink. Starbucks has so many selections, it is always nice to get help from the Baristas. If you want a breakfast sandwich or pastry they offer those to. I ordered the White Cholate Ice Mocha it was vey good. Coffeeis my happy place so it was a nice start to my day. I will visit this Starbucks more often.

*UPDATE* no one opened the Macy’s doors until 11:04am. Got to the Starbucks counter and the drinks hadn’t been remade yet. Order was placed at 10:30ish for 10:45 pick up, was told I couldn’t come in to get my drinks, asked for them to me remade for pick up at 11, got in the store, drinks weren’t remade. Didn’t get out of Macy’s/Starbucks TIL 11:09AM!!!Coworkers and I placed an order for 10:45am. Macy’s doors are locked til 11am when Macy’s opens. Called Starbucks and they said that our drinks are ready but we aren’t allowed to come in to get them til 11?? So they’re just gonna sit there getting cold while I have to stand outside and wait. So why was 10:45 allowed on mobile pickup? Asked barista to remake them since we won’t want cold coffees. She said she would, hopefully she does

I go to this location multiple times a week. Most of the time I order from the app and it's ready in a few minutes, but the staff is always extremely friendly and accommodating. They always have exactly what I want in stock, fresh and ready to go, and they really take the time to learn the names of their regulars.

This is one of the busiest locations I ever seen! I'm addicted to the coffee and always stop by here, as my work is less than a minute walk. The staff is amazing, especially Ashley!! If they for some reason mess up your drink (which is usually the customers fault) they happily remake and will always make each patron a priority. Probably the best, well oiled machine I've seen at a cafe. Thank you guys for always making my order perfect!

I usually get a mocha latte with the whip cream n chocolate drizzle. I got some chocolate mess with cookie bits in it and I did not like it at all! From now on I will stick to what I normally get.

Okay so I ordered a simple iced coffee, took 20 minutes to make. Absolutely no line. Extremely slow. Will not come here again
I love coming to Barnes & Noble at Easton however, today I was very disappointed. The so called barista working during the day shift was the absolute worst service I've ever had. I am also a Barnes & Noble member. I ordered a large blonde coffee as well as a latte. She started that she didn't have any blonde and did not offer to make it which, I will say is a first. She instead offered me what they call a pour over and charged me 25 cents more. Ridiculous. Most of the time people order blonde because it's strong but not like the rest. The latte she made was probably a medium in a large cup. The next time I go there, I won't be ordering if this person is working.
