If I could rate this location zero stars I would. We arrived at 11:47a.m. and they close at noon. They pulled the metal gate as we walked up. Our family member on the cancer floor loves their drinks and would have liked one. They would NOT MAKE the drinks because the blender was in the kitchen already. How pathetic of customer service this location is providing. A company should provide all services until stated close times. How difficult would it be to clean a blender again? I normally do not leave negative reviews. I keep it to myself, but this really upset me. You could see the disappointment on our family members face. We felt horrible.

Was just their, service was terrible. Everyone behind me got their drinks first!!!! When I asked for mine she said.. it's coming. Then she hands me a very hot drink without a sleeve.

Honestly one of the best Starbucks I've been to, reliably good coffee, short wait, and friendly staff. Nobody is a fan of visiting the hospital typically but with long shifts for the workers, lack of sleep for all, and stress around any corner this Starbucks is an oasis.
