I’ve never seen a group of Starbucks employees looks so cold and be so disconnected from customers in the store. Also got my order wrong but hat happens regularly so a moot point.

I love coming here! The morning staff is always so friendly. My only complaint would be the fact that the entire store starts to smell like cigarettes closer to the evening, even my clothes smell like it when I leave. It’s a little nauseating to sit in there with that smell. Otherwise, I always get my food and drinks really fast and it’s a nice environment to study in!

This location is vindictive or inept. Venti iced shaken espresso, staff made sure to remove the key things in the drink so it tasted awful.

I went back in the first time, and they made it right.

Now, not only did they do it again on both drinks, but there appears to be spit in one of them. Photo attached.

This is the 10th incorrectly made drink from this location in three months. Manager tried to help us, I'm tired of driving back every single time.

This location is also being reported to the BBB and will never be attended by us again. Gave way too many tries. Staff need to figure out the problem.
