This place has taken a nosedive in the past few months. When I ordered warm food, it was cold. I asked for a cheese danish, which is usually warmed, and I even asked them to double toast it. Not only was it not double toasted, but it was also cold in the center and tasted like onions. A cheese cream danish should never taste like onions. It was so gross and stale that it literally fell apart in my hands after the first bite. I’m so disappointed. I spend a lot of money at Starbucks, which I’m sure everyone does, and I leave reviews here. Honestly, I don’t even know what I’m paying for because it’s terrible.

The unfriendliness of the staff it’s skyrocketed! This was the worst experience ever, first the lady who took my order has no manners, she wants to charge me before I even finished ordering, and then they leave my coffee at the register not at the pick up station and didn’t even call me or said anything, so I was there waiting for more than 10 minutes. It’s like they don’t like to work in customer service 👎🏽 and the coffee wasn’t even good.
