My car is broke and I can't go to the coffee shop I preferred. Was happy for a while untill my name was erase and I didn't receive my order. It seems as if the drive is more important. Along with the coffee has been at the bottom of my cup. Is it instant coffee yuck. Second time I'm good.

I had the worst customer service given by Kate this morning, oddly enough she said she was the Manager when I asked to speak to the Manager. I then asked for her DM's name and she said she didn't know it because the DM was new.
She was absolutely miserable...rude and condescending from taking my order and then finished her rudeness at the window. What a way to start the day.

Drive-Thru Experience Disappointing Today

My mom and I came through the drive-through today and were surprised to find that a pastry had been added to our order that we didn’t request. When we asked why the total was higher than expected, the team member, Vanya, read the order back to us, and we pointed out the mistake. We completely understand that errors happen — that's not the issue.

What really left us disappointed was the way the situation was handled. Vanya was noticeably snappy, and instead of calmly addressing the concern, she repeatedly closed the window while my mother was still trying to speak. She also rolled her eyes at us multiple times, which felt very disrespectful — especially since we were polite throughout the interaction and simply trying to understand the mistake.

We’ve been loyal customers of this location since it opened. It’s unfortunate to feel dismissed and treated rudely over something that could’ve been resolved quickly and respectfully. We hope this was just an off day and not a reflection of how customer concerns are usually handled here

Apparently adding whip cream that I paid for is too much to ask for , it causes staff there to have mental breakdowns and get TRIGGERED when asked to fix drink. Lol ok went to the Starbucks in target and had a much better time and service.

Had some unexpected free time with my little one after a class was canceled, so we rolled over to the Easton Starbucks for a little summer treat. This location has been recently remodeled, and the updates really give it a cozy, community feel. Most of the seating is set up in pairs, perfect for quick chats or relaxing hangs, and there’s a long communal table ideal for folks working or sipping solo.

I ordered my go-to off-menu favorite—Green Tea Matcha Lemonade—and it hit the spot as always. My little one tried the new Summer Berry Lemonade Refresher, which was light, fruity, and just right for a warm day.

Great vibes, refreshing drinks, and a welcoming setup. A perfect little detour in our day.

supposed to close at 7:30 but whenever i come at 7 they’re mostly always closed! They won’t answer drive thru and lock door but are in there this is ridiculous!

Was in line when a car tried cutting me off then the drive through lady gets on and treats me as if I was the one wrong saying the line starts in the back like listen there was only me and the black Camry there I was next when the lady drove past me I honked and said I’m in line the employee’s then make me get out of line and refused my service when I was there first run the camera back I pulled up first red ford the lady in front of me was parked wired but I was next I will never 👎🏾 go her treated so poorly and was embarrassed when I was not in the wrong I will voice my opinion when someone tried to cut me off like I’m not waiting no way then to be kicked out like I did something wrong no way I’ll never return I get a vnti with extra everything so do the math I spend 20 a day at ur Starbucks u need to be out u don’t know customer service

Wow. I have never dealt with a more rude “partner” in my life. Well for starters we walked in straight to the register and nobody even acknowledged we were there. then Kate walked up to the register to take our order. No “good morning” no “hello” just “what do you want”. We ordered, and as i was watching my drink get made (ex starbucks partner myself) i noticed she wasn’t making it with white mocha like i had asked and paid for. when she handed me my drink i took a sip and knew there was no white mocha. i asked her if she put white mocha, didn’t even make eye contact with me and said “uh i don’t remember”. you don’t remember what you put in the drink you made 45 seconds ago? Didn’t say a word to me but remade it. So so so rude and so disrespectful. if you hate your job that much then quit. don’t ruin other people’s days and drinks.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the customer service I received during a recent visit to your location. I came in on my birthday to redeem my complimentary drink, as I am a member of your rewards program and have successfully received this benefit in previous years using the same account.However, when I inquired about the birthday reward while placing my order, the team member assisting me—named Kate—responded with a noticeably irritated tone. She then abruptly slammed the scanner on the counter and said, “If you’re not ready, then go to the back,” which I found to be both unprofessional and disrespectful. This experience left me feeling unwelcome and disheartened, especially during what should have been a celebratory visit. I hope that this feedback can be used constructively to ensure better customer service in the future. I appreciate your attention to this matter.

The inside of the location is a little wonky because of how the line forms. It’s very hard to know who’s in line and who’s waiting on coffee. The drive thru line is usually very long but they’re quick.

I usually love Starbucks, but my recent experience was disappointing. My drink was made wrong, and when I politely asked for it to be fixed, the barista was incredibly rude. Instead of offering a solution, they seemed annoyed by my request and barely acknowledged me. It’s frustrating when customer service is so poor, especially at a place where you expect a better experience. I won’t be returning to this location
