spent 45 mins waiting for 2 grande hot chocolates that I couldn’t even get due to time restraints. When they made cold drinks/refresher/food to the people who ordered after us!! Shouldn’t have to take 45 mins+ to get HOT CHOCOLATE. This place is a joke.

I am a starbucks barista in Sandusky and at our store we strive to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere. I felt the opposite here… for starters SOME of the barista’s attitudes were awful. I ordered a chai with light ice, brown sugar, and oat milk, and the Barista responded so disrespectfully, “I hate you kids with your stupid drink orders”. Now I emphasize SOME because yesterday the Barista I chatted with was lovely and clearly trying their best. Not only were the Baristas rude today they weren’t making the drinks in a timely manner. My stores always busy, and we line our drinks up to make them efficiently. Pump syrup, que shots, steam milk, start the next drink. The barista I witnessed left the espresso shots out and took her drink out from ON TOP OF THE BAR and drank it. Not only that but some of the baristas weren’t wearing their aprons. Therefore violating so many food and drink safety regulations. This store and its workers need to be held to a much higher standard. Other stores work their butts off to create an environment that they don’t.

Every time I come here I have a bad experience. Yesterday I asked the employee to remake my drink because they didn't add any cream or any ice to my iced coffee even though I had asked for extra ice and oat milk. And then today, I order a simple dripped coffee with cream and sweetener. I picked my drink up and started walking back to my office and when I took a sip of the drink it was cold. And when you try to ask them to remake anything for you, they get upset. Again, I always order Starbucks every time I'm working at the convention center and every time I am disappointed. Take your chances on ordering here but make sure that your drink is correct before you leave.
Like I am talking the whole team, in all the part of the world I have never experienced such a slow customer service starting from ordering till getting the order.
You gotta change the management - it’s like it’s their first day of opening.

I’ve never had really bad service at a Starbucks until now. I was at the convention center for a conference and really needed my afternoon pick me up. The whole experience was very untypical of a Starbucks- first it was very slow. The previous day my friend waited 30 mins for an iced coffee. Then they told all the people behind me they were closing which wasn’t true because after my order they started letting others in. The girl who took my order was very crabby and told me she wanted to go home. I asked for a pumpkin latte and was told they were out of pumpkin so I switched to vanilla. Then I asked for a water with my coffee and she said “I’m not giving out water right now”. After a significant wait I asked again for a water and was finally given one. What is wrong with these people? I’m glad I was leaving because I would never go there again.

This place doesn’t close till 4pm I came in at 3:10 and asked if it was closed because I wanted to order cold brew coffee to go. The barista said she wasn’t but the barista asked if I had a mobile order, or that dependí no what I wanted she could see if they have it and rolled her eyes. And avoided eye contact. I mean no one is forcing her to be in a customer service job 🤷♂️ maybe don’t work it if you can’t handle it.
