Tuesday morning of a conference and the 4 ladies working were getting food and drinks out as fast as the orders were coming in. I see you ladies and great job!

A 7-8 min mobile order takes 38 mins for a shaken expresso 🤯

Incredibly slow- management is delusional if they think this staffing level is appropriate for a trade show day.

Good location but awful services. Workers are rude and open late.

Grumpy no eye-contact staff, filthy counters, out of a lot of the menu by 11:00 on a Sunday morning. My friend poured into his coffee what was labeled as half and half, but it was white water. He told one of the workers it wasn’t half and half, to which the employee replied, ā€œI know. We’re out of half and half.ā€ ā€œThen what is it?ā€ my friend asked. ā€œI have no idea,ā€ the employee replied and took the carafe from him and turned away. I’m sorry for whatever you’re going through, but don’t take it out on well-meaning strangers.

I can understand that as a barista, you probably do have a ton of orders to fulfill, but that's no reason to give attitude to a customer; especially when it's concerning the fact that one drink in a 3 drink order was completely disregarded and unfulfilled.
A couple of these batistas at this location definitely need a refresher on customer service.

The line was closed . they were working too slowly. I waited for them to open the line, but when they did, they told me they don't have Chai Latte today .too many employees working there and only 5 people customer waiting, the employees were talking all the time.

"We're not taking orders right now." 1:33pm 3/16/25. There's a market on the second floor of the Hyatt that has good coffee.

This is a convention center Starbucks location and they have ONE cashier. The line is out the door between panel sessions; there must be 15-20 people waiting to order and another 5-8 waiting on their orders. Online ordering shows items out of stock that are actually available in their refrigerator case. Place would do a much brisker business if they just tweaked a few simple things…and convention goers could get through the line faster before their next panel starts.

To be fair I was at the convention centre for a volleyball tournament and they were completely overwhelmed. The staff were working hard to make things work for people but obviously took way too many orders to keep up. I and several other customers around me, waited over an hour to get our drinks. Some who already paid just gave up. The manager was kind and eventually gave out free rice crispy squares to waiting customers, but it was a gong show. They clearly need a better system when they have big events there. I gave it two stars instead of one because the staff kept their cool in a very challenging situation. Maybe on a normal day the location is great. But on the day I visited, the volume was remarkably mismanaged.

This has been one of the worst Starbucks experience. Staff were noticeably upset that they were too busy and overwhelmed. Stood in line for 45 minutes and then was told they were over an hour behind on online orders and were not going to take any in store orders. So then i put in an online order and came back an hour later. Stood another 45 minutes and still no order. The staff were less than helpful in trying to explain why it was taking so long. Eventually they closed the whole store. Someone should be fired and held accountable for the chaos.

The staff tries
The issues rest solely with management
High volume multiple events this is never the location to go
They need to turn off the mobile order option
When you order it indicates 20 minute time frame
After you order it could be up to as long as 90 minutes
They have an army of people working
But they have no direction
Some are in the back
Some are trying
It’s a disaster
At $7-$9 a drink
This is unacceptable
Starbucks should pull this location

This Starbucks was the worst one I have been to. The workers were extremely rude and if you got a mobile order you had to wait at least 40 minutes for one drink. It was ridiculous and super slow. I am highly disappointed to even wait as long as I did and no refunds is horrible. Mobile orders SHOULD be the FIRST priority, not the line.
