Staff consisted of teenage girls that did nothing but talk and be on their phone while i waited at the counter to order. there was no line, and it wasn't busy so I didnt mind waiting. however, the staff just continued on their conversation as if I was not there. eventually one came over and took my order, and then immediately went to the back to continue the conversation she was having with another girl. there was another girl who was making all of the drinks and filling all the orders, clearly annoyed that she had no help. eventually a line started forming, and the girls still did not come out. I watched the girl go back and forth to make the drinks while the others just stood and talked. I also only ordered a cake pop, and it took over 10 minutes because of the lack of help from the other staff. I usually have no problems with this location, however it did not sit right with me to sit and watch this and not say anything.

I absolutely love coming into this store. And even when I can't it's always a positive experience.
I work at the Cinnabon inside the mall so I go over whenever I can, especially days like today when I need an energy boost. The staff is always super nice, the atmosphere of the store itself is lovely and it's a very encouraging environment.
The little encouraging messages they write on the cups are always something that brighten my day too.

It may have been years since I’ve been at any Starbucks locations so I visited one I was familiar with and there I saw Pam the same friendly smiling face I had seen years before same amazing energy and customer service I think this establishment is beyond lucky to have her . She made a experience I wasnt looking forward too absolutely wonderful

I wanted extra crunch in my caramel ribbon crunch and I think I may have gotten light crunch instead. Drink was made quickly took 4 minutes from time of ordering in app to hand and staff was friendly.

Today while we were getting our coffees we had the best barista ever! One of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen. The line was packed, and she was still able to handle everything professionally and effectively. Such a nice person! Heidy you rock!!!
