Today while we were getting our coffees we had the best barista ever! One of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen. The line was packed, and she was still able to handle everything professionally and effectively. Such a nice person! Heidy you rock!!!

Went in 1st employee acted surprised to see my presence and suggested through behaviors once the door was open that they did not want my business. Processed to order a black coffee manager started replying and suggested the same thing I grew up in the area went to middle school and high school here I was coming to the mall for over 2 decades 1st time here since the remodel. Not what I expected out of a new management and crew seeing I've been a star bucks consumer since they came to columbus

horrible service, I ordered my drink ahead of time and I still waited 32 minutes for a venti iced chai. Baristas just standing and talking and only 1 working hot bar, and nothing but poor attitudes towards the customers. I stayed patient and kind, but received nothing but rudeness.

I came here on my birthday, the staff was SO RUDE. I never leave reviews but the service here was awful. Kate the barista and Lily the cashier were so unhelpful to me and my family. They did not smile the entire time and acted like they could not care less about helping anyone.

i've never had a time when i didn't wait a weirdly long time for anyone to take my order, I just had a barista walk up after about 2-3 min of waiting, put in her own order, and just walk off. this place is bizzare.
