I mostly order ahead and most of the time they don’t have my stuff and getting my refund is mostly the problem my last refund I just gave up and didn’t waste my time even going back there to the store thanks but never coming back to that location

They were swapping shifts when I got here which resulted in a long wait. New staff didn’t know how to make my drink (one of the advertised fall ones) so it took awhile. They were friendly about it tho and place was tidy

Yesterday I went in the lady so rude stood there saw me come in and she is just putting stuff away cleaning and then said what do you want I told her welll her remark we don't have any thing to make your drink then my co worker goes in and wants a Carmel frap she told her the same we don't have no ingredients to make any drinks and all I wanted was a pink drink with Xtra vanilla I mean wow this lady should not be there if she don't want to make no drinks I know I will tell everyone I know what happened and not go there I mean why open if you have no ingredients at all in the whole store seriously? This lady is the worst to do that to all the customers

We stood there for a while, no one in front of us, while two workers made coffee drinks. No one acknowledged our presence or told us “we will be right with you.” We walked out. Horrible service because there was NONE. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Super rude. I smiled at the lady taking my order and she just stood there staring with an irritated expression. When she mistook my drink, I said it was fine and was gonna go with whatever she made; but she just snatches it and dumps it in the sink to make a new one while being annoyed. Like girl, I never asked you to make me a new drink and I wouldn’t wanna bother you. I had said it’s fine and was going to go with it. After she makes me a new one, which looked really dark, she asked me “Anymore problem now,” I said to her, “No it’s fine” and left even though she mistook my drink for the second time. I see her shaking her head with annoyance. The only thing she’s good at is being disrespectful. Never going back again.

I ordered a coldbrew like always and they used cold black coffee instead if their cold brew, it was so bitter I couldn't drink it. I asked for them to refund me and they said they couldnt.. do not get the cold brew from this

They’re super rude . The lady there saw us walk in and Said they closed at 8 and we were there before it closed but she stood there and let time pass and didn’t even bother to take out order . I usually have great experiences at Starbucks but this one was really bad. So upset at this interaction . Do better
