So apparently they love fat shaming at this Starbucks. Ordered a venti and got a grande. When I corrected them they grabbed the drink and under their breath mumbled do you even need a venti?
The staff here was really friendly, helpful, accommodating and the Is latte was perfect!😁

Very hit or miss. Shaken espresso should not have to be stirred by the customer. The shaken is right there in the name.

They are often out of what I order. Most of the employees are nice enough. It is the closest one to me but not the best one.

Always takes forever to get coffee. Don't know why I bother....
They regularly give me disgusting coffee.
Something is wrong with the cold brew every 3rd time I order it, I think it's rotten or something.
Every drink I get tastes wildly different every time I get it.
I just threw a cold brew in the trash because it tasted like sugar and mold again.
Idk what's wrong with this location, but it's no good.

I have used this starbucks for over a year. They had one staff member who was amazing she did so good and then she left and now the woman who is there I am not impressed with. As I realize early morning coffee is busy this morning for example was not at 730 when I went to pickup my online order. The chocolate croissant was not even warmed up it was still almost frozen inside, the coffee was made wrong I did ask for it to be fixed and she was less then thrilled to be doing so and it was made very obvious. This specific location will no longer have by business.

At least 50% of the time they're not open when they're supposed to be. For example, it's now 11am and no one is there and the lights are off after I drove over here. IF there are workers they are teenagers who are slow as hell, can't be bothered to even say hello or hi and act like it's the end of the world to make your drink. 10/10 do NOT recommend. This location just needs shut down

It’s a Kroger store so I truly don’t expect much.However I feel like training needs to happen. Every time I order a Americano it tastes like there is no coffee in it whatsoever, and they never double cup it which is standard for any drink made with hot water for Starbucks since the cup falls apart otherwise.They typically seem to mess up my order somehow. I also might have higher standards because I was a barista for some time. I’m sure a lot of it is that no one is trained properly and there also never seems to be enough staff there.

Most drink order I get is incorrect. I ask for BLONDE Americana but it comes back Regular when the person taking my order is not paying attention, even when they ask me 5 times if I want blonde or regular. They are regularly distracted talking/texting on their phone (via speaker) or chatting with coworkers while taking orders. I have to taste test it before I leave because I don't trust what I will get. Many 5imes I need it remade and I get side-eye or mumble under breath.
Parking: Service is slow and irregular bc usually not enough staff and they seem to have a lousy attitude compared to a stand-alone location. They always seem distracted and my order is usually wrong and has to be remade.
