Makes good coffee for it being 6 or 7 dollars a cup they never make it the way I ask for it's like they cannot modify a drink for me i ask for a grande caramel macchito with a little milk please don't fill the cup to the top with milk they always give me a shot of coffee with like a cup and a half of milk at this point it's not coffee anymore it's coffee flavored milk and for a person spending my money at Starbucks i should get it the way I ask for it not on whatever they think the drink supposed to be got me waking around with a big giant cup of milk that doesn't even taste like coffee at this point

The staff was very attentive and accommodating to my needs as a customer. Partners welcomed me in and greeted me with a smile. I’m an out of state ASM and they made me feel right at home. They offered me my beverage in a for here cup which I was delighted to take. And I forget this persons name but they had dark curly hair and glasses they touched on the five key moments and brought my beverage out to me. Wonderful hosting from this store. 💚

I went to pick up my mobile order and my coffee and cream was lukewarm warm. I told Jasmine and she kindly remade it and offered to steam my cream. It was really busy and she looked me in the eye and made sure I was satisfied! Give her a raise. Thanks, Jasmine!!

I went in and asked for a peppermint white hot chocolate she asked if it was a mocha and I repeated myself and she said I said latte and I clearly did not. if she wasnt rude about what I said would have gave a better star review. maybe if you dont gaslight you're customers and ask what they are ordering your day would go much better, she was clearly having a bad day
This location closes at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesdays. I stopped at 3:15 on my way home from work. There were 4 cars behind me. If you are going to close that early one day a week then at least put a CLOSED sign at the drive thru and at the window.
