Great and friendly staff. Had a good time explaining why I was wearing a Viking hat.
The spot to go if you lose a bet and need to wear a silly hat and get a coffee.

I went in and asked for a peppermint white hot chocolate she asked if it was a mocha and I repeated myself and she said I said latte and I clearly did not. if she wasnt rude about what I said would have gave a better star review. maybe if you dont gaslight you're customers and ask what they are ordering your day would go much better, she was clearly having a bad day
Great service & corrected family.

This location closes at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesdays. I stopped at 3:15 on my way home from work. There were 4 cars behind me. If you are going to close that early one day a week then at least put a CLOSED sign at the drive thru and at the window.

I work directly across the street but intentionally drive across town just to avoid this Starbucks — and this morning was the perfect example of why.
These photos are from my coffee order today. Both drinks were supposed to be the exact same order. One came out so empty it barely filled half the cup. I handed it back and asked, “Should it look like this?” The barista took a second glance and admitted, “No, I’ll have her remake it.”
Then, instead of remaking it, she spoke to someone behind her and came back asking me, “What do you want her to add to it?”
At that point, I was done. Horrible coffee. Even worse customer service. If you’re in the area and want to spend $12 on coffee — skip the attitude and inconsistency. There is another Starbucks and Dunkin minutes away

i am a regular at this location and one of the shift leads ,renee, is really mean to one of the girls and i’ve noticed it every time i’m in there and they’re both working together:( the way she talked to her is like a child! it’s starting to become bullying:(

There was already a bite taken out of my food (slice of pumpkin loaf). It was also warmed up even though I asked them not to warm it. I tried to get assistance from Customer Service via the Starbucks website, they indicated that I would need to drive back to the store with a receipt. The store did not provide a receipt. Yuck.

I go to this Starbucks location frequently (two to three times a week) and always order the same thing. I order a large hot latte with 2 pumps of vanilla. At least half of the time my order is wrong. Today there was no vanilla in my drink. Sometimes there is way too much vanilla. Sometimes I get a completely different drink. This is very frustrating and disappointing considering the long wait times at this location and the very high price of your coffee. Please do better.

Great staff and great drinks! I went here to work pretty regularly and I am once again frequenting every Monday and Wednesday. It would get a higher score from me just based on goods and services, but the main seating area is lackluster. Starbucks is notorious for being a place to work, and more and more Starbucks are adding in seating with charging capabilities. This store, however, has 3 tables with outlets nearby. Almost every time I go, one or two of the tables are occupied by the manager/owner or the staff for hours, which means when my computer dies, I have to leave. I understand this is a work environment for everyone but if you know your workers need one of the tables consistantly around lunchtime, maybe get more options for customers who need a space to work as well. There are other outlets, but not in a place conducive to computer work.
Like I said, it's an otherwise great place for what it is (albeit a bit awkward to reach), it just needs a few more options for people who wish to come and work.
