Starbucks with a attitude! I walk in to order a coffee and employee was annoyed that I came in the lobby to order. Barely wanted to speak, not a good morning just nothing. Waited well everyone talked about their coworkers and call offs to get my coffee. Then just sat my coffee down no words really spoken. Didn't even offer a sleeve or a stopper. Every time I go here I wonder why I do for the high price coffee with an attitude that's not the old Starbucks way.

The inconsistent drink making is wild to me. It says right on the cup 2 pumps 3 pump shot of espresso it looked like they gave me almost straight up black coffee today. Tasted awful no creamer or sweetners at all?! All this money and no quality control.

It's always too busy for anyone to get in and out and I don't like that, you are one of the most popular chains in case you didn't know, so let's do something about easy in easy out and it's gotta involve not supporting there forever! Do not take away the cranberry bar it's the best thing that's ever been served there and you wanna make it seasonal!! Noooooo please!!!

I’m not sure if it’s a part of the act, but you people hire some of the smuggest, unfriendly snobs you can find. I stood there waiting while several of your employees enjoyed a conversation amongst themselves. They were fully aware of my presence but made me wait until I was done.

I pass a couple of locations (in different directions) to go to this one. This store is rarely out of items in my experience, the line moves quickly- in and out, the quality and taste of food and especially drinks is mostly consistent (every once in a while I get a bad one) and the staff are nice people.I will continue to come to this particular Starbucks until I get this addiction under control.

Horrible customer service!!!! I visit this Starbucks twice a day. I know most of the workers and have had positive experiences thus far. Today took the cake. I ordered my same afternoon order of mango dragon fruit lemonade with no inclusions and a coffee cake not warmed up left in the package. After paying the cashier hands me a drink with inclusions. I explained to her the drink had no inclusions. She snatched the drink from me and turned to make a new one. So I thought. She hands me the same drink with inclusions stuck to the rim and lid of cup. I said no inclusions again. She yelled I removed them. I politely asked her to make me a fresh drink. She made an ugly face and literally rolled her eyes at me. She remade my drink and handed me the coffee cake. I told her that her attitude was ugly and I was going to report her. She told me to do what I need to do. I thought I heard he incorrectly, because that comment wasn't warranted. So, I asked her what she said. She hesitated and said do whatever you need to do. So I politely rolled the window up and pulled into a parking spot. I spoke to the un empathetic manager. I got the impression that she clearly didn't care and wasn't going to handle the situation. As a manager, I would remove that young lady from the drive-thru window and send her home for the rest of the day. Treating customers poorly is unacceptable and shouldn't be tolerated.

This was my first time ordering from this location, and I will definitely be returning. I always get a venti iced honey almond milk flat white, and most Starbucks usually mess it up by either adding too much almond milk, or not enough honey blend… this Starbucks got it perfect! Great start to my Saturday morning, thank you ❤️
