I ordered an iced tea and bakery item in the drive thru. It took 20 minutes to get to the window and then another 3 minutes for them to even open the window for me to pay and get my items. There is no reason that a drive thru at a coffee shop takes 20 minute to get from where you order and where you pick it up.

I’ve been to many Starbucks locations over the years and consider myself a very loyal, regular customer. I always order a pour-over, which I know can be time-consuming or a bit inconvenient at times, but I truly appreciate the patience and consistency I receive whenever I order.

Two locations I frequent often and have really come to love are the Hamilton Road location and the Market Street location in New Albany. Both teams are welcoming, kind, and consistently provide a great experience, which is why I continue to return.

That said, I want to place special emphasis on the Hamilton Road location. The team there is exceptionally warm, cheerful, and genuinely welcoming. Katie, the manager, does an outstanding job running her team. You can feel the strong leadership, organization, and positive culture the moment you walk in, and it shows in how smoothly things run and how customers are treated.

Thank you to both teams for great coffee and great service — and a special thank you to Katie and the Hamilton Road crew for setting such a high standard. It truly does not go unnoticed.

I’ve been coming in often due to the great atmosphere. Usually get here around 3pm and most of the time I’m serviced by this young lady who’s always smiling and in a good mood. It’s refreshing to have someone who isn’t rude and rushing you the entire time or acting like you’re bothering them

I always order a latte with light foam and I get 3-4 inches of foam. Do yall do this on purpose?!?! I get less foam if I don’t ask for light which is wild bc I’m literally saying exactly what I want! I’m tired of paying outrageous prices and having to wait for remakes or not getting what I’m paying for. Also how is ONE PUMP hard to read 😩 I always get the full amount in there and I just want ONE. It’s damn near a dollar for it, please just do it correctly. It’s a waste of my time to try to get coffee on the go!

This Starbucks is consistently good. Big shout out to Ryun in the drive thru. He is so polite, very friendly, yet professional and his accuracy for orders is on point. I truly believe he cares about his job and the people he serves. It makes me wish I could hire him in my line of business! Way to go Starbucks and Ryun for hitting it out of the park!

Came in and got 2 drinks. Asked for extra cold foam and extra caramel crunchies. In what realm is this extra. The Starbucks on Broad Street is WAY better, and they have nugget ice.

I came to get a free coffee with my stars since they are about to expire and I told the cashier that. But they completed my transaction without using my points and charged me the full price of the coffee. Then proceeded to tell me that they couldn’t use stars in the cafe, only the drive through. And didn’t offer to refund the transaction. I was a partner for a year and a half and just recently left the company, I know that they can refund the transaction and redo it using my stars, but the staff just didn’t want to.

There was one car at the window, and we were the only car behind them. We waited behind that car for at least 10 minutes before getting up to the window and waiting even longer for only 2 drinks. The worker dropped my drink out the window, and it wasn’t even the drink I ordered. Before I could tell her that was not what I ordered, she went and remade the wrong drink again. Aside from that horrible visit, every single time going through the drive through, even when it is empty, takes over 10 minutes to make a drink that should take no more than 60 seconds to make. Worst Starbucks I have ever been to by far. Why does it take so long to make an iced green tea lemonade every single time? Place sucks.

Small but cute little Starbucks. They have some construction going on by the road to get into Starbucks so that was kind of annoying though. But other than that it was fairly clean.
