This Starbucks is consistently good. Big shout out to Ryun in the drive thru. He is so polite, very friendly, yet professional and his accuracy for orders is on point. I truly believe he cares about his job and the people he serves. It makes me wish I could hire him in my line of business! Way to go Starbucks and Ryun for hitting it out of the park!

I came to get a free coffee with my stars since they are about to expire and I told the cashier that. But they completed my transaction without using my points and charged me the full price of the coffee. Then proceeded to tell me that they couldn’t use stars in the cafe, only the drive through. And didn’t offer to refund the transaction. I was a partner for a year and a half and just recently left the company, I know that they can refund the transaction and redo it using my stars, but the staff just didn’t want to.

There was one car at the window, and we were the only car behind them. We waited behind that car for at least 10 minutes before getting up to the window and waiting even longer for only 2 drinks. The worker dropped my drink out the window, and it wasn’t even the drink I ordered. Before I could tell her that was not what I ordered, she went and remade the wrong drink again. Aside from that horrible visit, every single time going through the drive through, even when it is empty, takes over 10 minutes to make a drink that should take no more than 60 seconds to make. Worst Starbucks I have ever been to by far. Why does it take so long to make an iced green tea lemonade every single time? Place sucks.

Small but cute little Starbucks. They have some construction going on by the road to get into Starbucks so that was kind of annoying though. But other than that it was fairly clean.

This place was rockin', as in, they were SO BUSY. Highly staffed, 20 things happening at once. The mngr was training a new person - with a clipboard I may add, Very Official looking! Yet when I walked in only 5 mins after placing my online drink order, there it was sitting front & center at the counter. I looked around a few times & the guy behind the counter handed me a straw, without my saying a word! (handsome bearded guy) He explained they keep them behind the counter. But, he had me. Anyway, there were lots of cstmrs in the store, the drive-thru line was at least 8 cars deep, & ppl hanging on the patio. I sat in my car for a few to collect myself from a stressful day & watched as the mngr came out b4 her shift ended to sweep & clean up the patio. Hard working ppl here. Let's all appreciate our Baristas!

Drinks are always good but this has to be the slowest starbucks on earth. I’ve been in the drive through for 15 minutes.
Have no clue what happened to this place. Used to be ready on time. Now it’s a good 15 minutes behind in the morning. Seems like staff are moving so it must be extremely poor management. Get it together.

I love this Starbucks! The staff, especially barista Ashley, are all so kind and friendly. My coffee is also delicious and they are very quick and always apologetic if it's busy. This Starbucks is definitely a Gahanna staple!

They would rather get the mobile orders done before they serve there drive through line. Everytime I have been I have waited almost 20-25 minutes in line for two large drinks.

I had a very negative experience. The employee was unprofessional and rude, ignoring my greeting and request for warmer banana nut bread. Instead of fulfilling my request, she threw the cold bread at me and made my drink incorrectly.
