The absolute worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had in my life waited in line well over 20 minutes, not that it was busy. The turnover was slow. The person at the window is looking at a variety of drinks weren’t even the same size as what I ordered looking for mine unexperienced window person. when applied the lid to my cup, rubbed his fingers all over the part where I’m going to put my mouth in the coffee comes out, so I chose to drink it without a lid. The workers were absolutely nothing like the standard Starbucks has represented to me for so many years

I went a few days ago but haven’t had a chance to write a review. The service was amazing Adara was so kind and was super helpful with helping me figure out what to order. She had a great recommendation for me and was super patient, it was very clear she really knew what she was doing. Lately a lot of my experiences at other stores have felt very generic and disingenuous, but Adara was so genuinely kind and treated me like we’d been friends for years. The service was very fast and my drink tasted amazing!! 10/10 would recommend.

I appreciate the location of this Starbucks being across from the hospital! I always see the baristas working hard to fulfill so many orders, I don’t mind waiting a little longer for my order because I know how busy it can get in there! Be kind to the baristas!!! 💚☕️

Consistently the slowest Starbucks ever

I’ve been going to this Starbucks location for a while now, and I don’t know what’s going on with the new staff, but they are incredibly rude and the wait time is ridiculous. Lately, every time I come in, I’ve had to wait 20 minutes or more just to get through the line, and that’s not even counting the time it takes to get my drink. On top of that, the way I’ve been treated is completely unacceptable — there’s no friendliness, no sense of urgency, and it feels like they couldn’t care less about customer service. This is not the experience I used to have here, and it’s very disappointing.

Almost 10am and the store is not open, this has happened multiple times. Sign blocking drive thru and door is locked. No signage on the door explaining why
