While I love the people that work here, and the coffee is always great, multiple times I have had to wait 30+ minutes at least for coffee! I think management should definitely keep two people behind the counter at all times, especially during the busy holiday season when everyone wants coffee!

I went with my sister and my niece thinking that we would have some delicious frapuccinos and matcha tea but what do you think “it has been the worst coffee I have had in my life and the matcha tea really tasted disgusting” I think we only gave away the money because the coffees didn’t even have coffee it was only milk with ice, what a disappointment I advise you not to drink your coffee here, the service is terrible they don’t even make an effort to give a good service which we are paying for.

I went in and ordered my usual drink and tipped.emplyees pocketed the tip money before making my drink that took 30 minutes to get ,just to find out they didn't put coffee in it at all. Then proceeded to tell me a drink I have been ordering since before they where born didn't have coffee in it. I left without a coffee or a refund. I'm in shock how unprofessional and unorganized they where.teied to contact corporate and that's a joke apparently. Avoid this location.

This starbucks made my summer skies drink, which I tried prior to this, and it tasted like chemicals, pretzels, and cough syrup. It was $7 and I threw it out after a few sips. My friend tried it and gagged. I am not satisfied with my drink and with my wasted money. This ruined my target experience.

Did not know how to make a simple iced coffee. It was black and when I said it’s usually lighter in color she acted like she was confused and showed me the pitcher of iced coffee she used. I then realized she had forgot to add milk to mine :-/

The staff at this Starbucks (inside Target by OSU) are extra special. They work hard and as fast as they can, especially being short staffed at times.... Adelei and Lindsey are the best ever! They always take care of my orders accurately and quickly as they can.
