Did not know how to make a simple iced coffee. It was black and when I said it’s usually lighter in color she acted like she was confused and showed me the pitcher of iced coffee she used. I then realized she had forgot to add milk to mine :-/

This starbucks is great! I always feel welcomed. I love the ice in their shaken espressos. Wish they brought back the irish cream cold brew on their holiday menu though :/

You generally know what to expect from Starbucks but this location is my go to. They're relatively quick, make my drinks well and I almost always have a pleasant interaction with whoever is at the drive thru window. Can't ask for much else!

The staff at this Starbucks (inside Target by OSU) are extra special. They work hard and as fast as they can, especially being short staffed at times.... Adelei and Lindsey are the best ever! They always take care of my orders accurately and quickly as they can.

Ordered my go to drink today and the worker who took my order was so rude to me. I ordered sugar cookie cold foam and she looked at me and goes "just so you know it's literally just sweet cream but ok" in a snarky tone and the coworkers behind her started to laugh. Seriously didn't expect that at all and it was super mean girl vibes. I didn't grab her name but I hope she gets found and get fired because I'm never ordering from the Starbucks again because of her! :)

I wanted a light and refreshing treat on the way home from work so I ordered a passion tango ice tea. After looking at the recipe, I saw the default was four squirts of liquid sugar. I'm sure that is delicious for some but I opted for one packet of stevia instead and I thought it was perfect. The drive thru lady was friendly as always and I was on my way.
