In town for the marathon and stopped to get food and coffee. Asked for the key for the bathroom and they said they were out of toilet paper and would not give me the key. Very disappointed in them. I was there with my mother who walks with a cane. Definitely will be taking my business somewhere else since they don’t care about their customers.

Very slow. I was patiently waiting and asking if I could get my pumpkin loaf since my drinks. The bakery guy finally came out and started making orders for Uber eats. When I asked if I could get my pumpkin loaf, he said there are three ahead of me and stood there with his tongs waiting 30 seconds for the burrito to warm up. I had my drinks in my hand for a minute or two and ask the other guy who was just washing dishes because the place was empty if you could grab my pumpkin loaf. He said that guy does the food and He’ll get to yours. I told them to enjoy my pumpkin loaf and left.

Wow!! They serve food and coffee in ceramic cups and saucers. Real classy and very European. Baristas very friendly and helpful. Coffee you actually get a choice of whatever you want, even light roast.

We've been to this location several times and the service has always been pretty consistent. They seem to prioritize staffing this location. They have a nice outdoor dining area and it is directly adjacent to Nationwide Arena. Be aware that there is no parking immediately adjacent to this location- you will need to park in a garage and then walk.

We were visiting due to an event at the convention center. I think the location is chronically understaffed. Only one person making drinks. We waited in line for 40 minutes and 30 minutes for the drinks. About 70 minutes in total. I’d only come to this location if you have nothing going on.
Everything I attempted to order, they were out of. First time at this location and I left empty-handed. With all the surrounding business I would think they'd have things available.It wasn't even 1pm yet.

I recently moved to the Arena District and last week I realized that I live in walking distance to this location. Which is perfect bc I'm a loyal Starbucks' costumer and I go to Starbucks everyday except for Sunday. I've been to this location a total of 4 times and I've noticed that I am never acknowledged nor greeted when I come inside. Yet I've noticed other costumers greeted and acknowledged. I decided that I will no longer patronize this location. I will spend my money where I am appreciated as a costumer.

I was trying to go in to let my 5 year old daughter use the restroom before I got cake pops for the show we was about to watch. The employees watched me walk her all the way to the restroom and when I came back to ask where the restroom was they told me I had to buy something. Smh! My daughter is 5!! I get they don't want people just coming to use the bathroom but seriously a 5 year old tho?!? Then to watch me walk all the way back there and not say anything was like a joke to them!! Do better!!

I would cross county lines to visit this Starbucks before any other. The stellar service by a friendly and attentive staff is a clear reflection of its superlative management. The charming outdoor seating, artfully expanded umbrellas, and only mildly uncomfortable iron seating are merely secondary to the perfectly toasted ham and Swiss. P.s. please give us back our access to cream. We will be model citizens, I promise.

Everything was great aside from the access of bathrooms, which were locked the entire time we were there the first time we visited. The next they were open, but didn’t understand why we couldn’t use the restroom and it was down a hallway which felt unsafe, separate from the coffee shop
