I spend a LOT of money and time at Starbucks all over the country. I was on a bike ride and ran out of water in a bad area but this location was open when nothing else was. I asked for water and they would not help me out. I did not have my wallet as I was riding my bike in this area that was sketchy. Whether or not it’s “company policy” if a person needs water just give it to them. Plenty of other locations have helped me out. This was an arrogant and inhuman gesture and has made me rethink spending money at Starbucks. Luckily I won’t ever be in this area again so I won’t be going here.

I come here practically everyday. Today idk what was wrong but the store seemed off. When I walked in about 6 workers front line nobody greeted me or the lady that came in behind me. That’s never happened at this location before I come literally almost everyday The girl at the register was rushing to take my order with a little attitude on top of that. I then told her no foam I wanted sweet cream in my drink which I do everyday, long story short she did exactly that the normal 1st shift workers never have a bad attitude they would never put foam in my drink Not only because that’s what I specifically said not to do, but she did it with ill intent because when she had an attitude, I got smart with her because she then was trying to insist me on getting a large drink and I asked for a medium I get home open my drink because I pour on ice that’s when I noticed the foam. This store is great but the young girl there this morning her energy isn’t good for the front line I took pictures as well I will bring it in tomorrow

Ordered a regular large coffee and received a watered down k-cup experience. Apparently Starbucks has decided to go with an automatic Clover machine and no longer offers actual brewed coffee. Starbucks bring back the old school drip coffee. If I wanted a Keurig I would’ve ordered at my place. Get it together! Respectfully, a former stock holder

So they took the caramel ribbon crunch off the menu to have less wait time? So now u have one mocha frappe. Not everybody like chocolate. Once again ill be going to dunkins bc everything good gets taken away. I have zero reason to order here now. You just lost a multi daily customer. And yes I come here atleast twice a day

This is my favorite location. The price and my latte is always consistent and the staff is always so nice. I get the same thing everytime, and it always taste different and is always a different price at other locations. Here it's always $9.05 and always taste perfect. They are also always fast. I never have to wait long.

Multiple times getting coffee here and the lid is not secured by staff and spills hot coffee all over my car. Will not be returning. Also potholes allover the drive thru including one right in fromy of the pickup window

Not enough baristas get enough credit for the jobs they do but most of them do not overwhelm you with the hospitality and kindness that this locations Cara does. Popping into Starbucks is a regular thing for us but Cara and her bright personality stood out to everyone in the car during our brief drive thru experience. I hope more locations can model after the pleasantness that Cara brings.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for years and the service & drinks are never the same as the other Starbucks restaurants! The staff always argues about how your drink won’t be filled to the top if you get light ice & try to offer me a “latte” if I want light ice for an additional $1.25. They say that “light room” is against policy. I have NEVER had this issue at any other Starbucks restaurant! I used to be able to get my light ice & light room at this same restaurant about a year ago, but recently things have changed. I’ll share a picture of yesterday’s drink & today’s drink that I ordered, $8 each. And, just know if you order light ice they’ll say ok and still fill the cup up with ice. (It won’t let me share my pictures) Who’s the highest manager at this restaurant? And, are they a franchise?

I had an order for my office totaling 10 coffees. I knew this would take some time. I needed to use the restroom. The restroom is key code. I asked for the code, the employee insisted I needed a mobile order or order beforehand. I guess Starbucks is now the pee police. This is a horrific business practice.
