Ordered 2x shots of espresso and no milk foam. Got standard drink no extra shots and milk foam. Tried to use my QR code on the app to collect points and pay and the computer wasn’t working. Starbucks customer service gave me a run around having me call a completely different number. 0/10 experience today all around. First time I’ve ever had any issues and I buy coffee regularly.

This location sucks. We get it. You work at Kroger. There were literally 4 employees standing behind the counter. I ordered a Trenta and had to grab a Venti. The response was that they didn't have enough iced coffee to make a Trenta. There probably is literally like a 2oz.-4oz. ratio of additional coffee per the change in increasing the cup size. So if they weren't able to make 1 Trenta iced coffee how were they choosing to stay operational for the remainder of the day with 4 employees standing behind the counter. Surely at least one of them could solve the fact that a coffee powered business is out of coffee. Regardless I haven't shopped at Starbucks since the prices increased. Definitely isn't worth the headache for a cup of garbage water and snarky male batista attitude.
This Kroger is a nightmare anyways so have to partially blame myself for thinking the Starbucks would meet any standard of mediocrity.

The barista is awful. Not only had she been borderline rude in the past, today she made the absolute worst mocha of my life. Considering Starbucks makes pretty good mocha, I guess the barista had to work extra hard to make such an awful mocha.

Do yourself a favor and skip this Starbucks.

A guy who works in this store has bad communication skills… He makes mistakes in taking orders, talking wierd, sometimes yell at customer…

Did they pull random people from the street to make coffee here?

I went to the grocery store to get groceries and the Starbucks was closed at 11am. The girl was there said that she would be open by 12:30pm. I love right around the corner, so i just thought I’ll leave and come back. Came back and she was rude and told me that she still wasn’t open. I spoke with a manager and he said they would definitely be m by 1:30pm. Do i even feel like coming back? Awful service

Was at Kroger earlier today for groceries and wanted a coffee, however there was a sign reading "Closed for 30 mins." My first though was well, when was that sign placed? 2 minutes ago? 28 minutes ago? I finished shopping which probably took 20 minutes and it was still not open, so I went home. I forgot to grab something so I returned an 1 hour later, thinking surely they are open now. The barista was doing things behind the counter, and greeted me with a "sorry, we are not open." The barista who was working was the same one who a week ago failed to mention they were out of an ingredient in my drink and the customer behind be who ordered something completely different. Not sure if it is lack of staff but this location needs better managed.

This Starbucks is located inside a Krogers I lived across the street from on High Street from 1978 -1983. My Krogers as been torn down and replaced with a beautiful Mega Krogers. Starbucks dud not exist in 1978.I've been living in San Francisco since 1985 and Columbus and High St. are nearly unrecognizable to me. And it appears the building I lived in for eight happy years is slated for demolition.Everything changes nothing stays the same.
