Hands-down my favorite Starbucks location. Staff is always friendly, welcoming, and patient no matter how busy they get. Really well-managed and efficient location. Great, prompt service.

I visited the Starbucks at Polaris Mall hoping to try a new drink I thought I would enjoy — unfortunately, it just wasn’t for me. It wasn’t bad, just not my taste, so I ended up tossing it and came back to ask for some water. I happened to mention the situation to one of the baristas, Megan, and she was incredibly kind. Not only did she give me water, but she also kindly offered to make me a replacement drink. Her excellent customer service and kindness truly made my day....

When I'm hitting up Polaris Mall for some shopping or just to hang out, my go-to spot for a hot coffee fix is definitely Starbucks. Whether I'm craving that spot-on chai latte, cafe latte, or needing to indulge in a buttery croissant, they've got me covered. And for those times I want something hearty, the spinach sandwich hits the spot. It's the perfect pit stop to fuel up and chill for a bit in the midst of all the mall madness.
