So yesterday a little after 5p.m. this location was closed. There wasn't a sign up explaining why they were closed & their business hours sign even said they close at 8p.m. & honestly the Krogers this Starbucks isn't located in was ridiculous. I really don't want to specify any further but yeah I will never be going back there ever again...

Please avoid this in-Kroger location and go to a standalone Starbucks or a local coffee shop nearby. Service is slow, not attentive, seems inconvenienced. Often only 1 person working. Waited 15 minutes for an Americano with no other orders in front of me.

I asked for a special drink that I wanted to try Cat and Keisha made for me and it was the best drink I’ve ever had from Starbucks. You guys should probably sell it.

Keisha is literally the best Starbucks employee I have met. I come in daily and she always has a smile on her face. She has the best conversation no matter how early it is. I truly won’t let anyone else make my coffee but her and her companion.

Have ordered tall flat while and got filled with it only half of the cup. Paying $5 dollars and half I’m of the cup of coffee is like looting money from customers. Worst experience ever in my Starbucks experience.

I can’t believe how the management team at this location hasn’t done anything about how their costumers get treated by the employees at Starbucks. They seem to clearly not enjoy what they applied for, and just to be clear this is not the first time I get a rude response from these employees but yet it was the worst one, when I was done with my grocery shopping I went over to Starbucks and it looked like it was closed at 1:45 pm but then I spotted the employee sitting at a table next to there and kindly asked if they were open she immediately gets an attitude and says “yes we’re open” but doesn’t not stand up and I say to her “there’s no one here” she said yes I’m here with an attitude and kinda yelling at me so I asked if she could take my order and yelled at me saying she was going to take my order when her break is over so I tell her she doesn’t have to get an attitude about because I didn’t know she was on break, she just mocked me rolling her eyes at me and puts her headphones back on, I went over to one manager but does nothing about it.
Please don’t come here! The barista was on a FaceTime call with her friend and was yelling loudly at her. So rude! She slapped my drink on the table and continued yelling at her friend. She made my drink wrong and didn’t bother to fix it. Save you
