I have TRIED to give this location many chances but they burn the coffee EVERY single time I go. I’ve gone at least 6 times and the coffee is so terrible that I literally am forced to throw away my $5 latte every time. I really am officially giving up today and never going back. Someone please teach the morning baristas how to brew coffee…

Store is often closed during times it's supposed to be open. On 3 separate occasions I've tried to order at 6am and no one even acknowledges you're sitting at the speaker to order despite posted hours saying the store opens at 530am.

Staff is always friendly and says hello when you enter and are quick to get your order if they see you are waiting. It is not often that I get something incorrect or that doesn’t taste good. If there is ever an issue the staff is quick to fix it (such as the size, hot versus cold, etc.)

Staff was too busy cleaning the store at 7:15 to make my drink. They had no problem taking my order and money. Absolutely not busy inside or in the drive thru!!! I sat patiently waiting while they cleaned the floors and areas for drink preparation. I will fall asleep driving before I stop at this location again!!

Usually this location is excellent, orders are usually perfect and the staff most of the time is lovely. I’ve been frequenting this location ever since it opened even though there are closer locations to me. However something has changed as of late, more orders are getting messed up and the service has been less than stellar, this morning in particular. I ordered in the drive thru, but went inside to correct an issue and not hold up the drive thru. The employee Jared was particularly rude during our entire interaction, and when I requested a remade drink they only put additional cold foam on top instead of remaking it. I also tried to purchase a retail item with stars, and even though it should’ve covered the entire item I was still to be charged extra for what stars didn’t cover, which is not true since I’ve made retail purchases with stars before. I understand that everyone has bad days and having a customer service job is difficult. But I wouldn’t be leaving a bad review for just one instance, so this has turned into a repeated problem.

Staff is nice. But just don’t ever order matcha latte at Starbucks. The photo was taken before I even I had my first sip… when they handed over at drive through the bubbles was to the top so it looks like it’s full… not my first time having problems with matcha latte…

Brand new location is sweet. Definitely a better option than the one on fifth Ave, drive thru is easier and there’s plenty of parking for in store pickup or dining in!
