Staff is nice. But just don’t ever order matcha latte at Starbucks. The photo was taken before I even I had my first sip… when they handed over at drive through the bubbles was to the top so it looks like it’s full… not my first time having problems with matcha latte…

Stoped here the day after Christmas on my way to work the drive thru sucks and so does the service I was the only person in the drive thru sat there for about 3 min no one took my order I could see them inside but guess they didn't want to do there job this was the first and last time I'll stop at this location I do not recommend them

Starbucks has always been a place I felt comfortable. I've always been accepted for who I am or no matter how I am and I just want you to know that as a person who does a lot of deliveries and driving I really really appreciate you having decent restrooms and not judging me and giving me the appropriate amount of time being that I'm disabled to use your restroom and thank you so much!!!

we were the last people in line and they wouldn't serve us. was before midnight. tried to tell them we were with the car in front of us but they wouldn't listen. then our friends tried to add our order to theirs and they wouldn't take it.

Brand new location is sweet. Definitely a better option than the one on fifth Ave, drive thru is easier and there’s plenty of parking for in store pickup or dining in!

I witnessed a cunt (sorry for the language) of a lady be incredibly rude to the team at this store. Despite the unfortunate situation, the baristas acted very professional and friendly. I was impressed with the manager for having his teams' back and realizing that this type of behavior from a grown ass woman isn't acceptable. To the incredible baristas at this Starbucks- Keep shining your incredible light!... and fuck Susan, i hate that twat.

I am not a big review person but this is the best Starbucks in Columbus! Why? Simply put, every time I come in I watch and listen to the staff genuinely enjoying eachother's company and working efficiently. I have been in on mulitple occasions and witnessed the store manager, Andrew, take care of both his staff and his customers flawlessly. They are always friendly, fun, efficient and consistent. It is truly refreshing to see a work culture like the one that exists in this store. I can tell that they love their management and respect each other greatly. It is so refreshing as a customer and also motivates me in my leadership role while I am working in the cafe. Love this store and my drinks are always super consistent, I order ahead and they are always finished when they say they will be with no mistakes. Thanks guys ! Keep being awesome :-)
Rude and incompetent. Didn't have anything and made rude comments when picking up. Disrespectful to my line of work. Would give 0 stars if possible. Very disappointed.

Personally my favourite Starbucks in the area (and probably top 2 in comparison to all the ones I've gone too). Everyone is always in great spirits and has just enough interaction without being over the top. They don't even a bat an eye if you're camping out there. I find that my drinks (even if I make super complicated) are the most consistently made here. It kind of sucks getting in/out of the parking lot because it's a busy street but nothing too crazy. I find that after renovations, even though there's less seats - it's muchhh easier to find an open spot when it's not exam season.

Actually worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Mobile ordered in the drive thru and waited 20 minutes until they told us to please come inside. Horrible. It's snowing I went through the drive thru for a reason. Not to mention the pube on my drink.

Very poor management, employees are not well trained regarding how to handle customer issues, store is not well maintained, looks dirty. I walked in with a mobile order which suppose to be ready 20 mins ago, I waited for 20 mins it's not ready. So the company failed to deliver the service i paid for. I told one of the employees that because of this I'm running late for work. Firstly, no apology, secondly, no solution. Lots of people around me are complaining too. I saw people waiting for longer time, looking sad, no employees go check on them. In general, it's just a very bad customer experience.

I'm popping in here just to make a quick update on my previous review here. These days, if I'm going to stop by a Starbucks, this location is my go-to. They recently closed for a little while for renovations and I was able to swing through for my first visit since the change today. I stopped by specifically to get my first PSL of the season. Ahhhh yeahhh, it's always delicious, even with oat milk, which I always prefer. I was also able to finally try their Impossible breakfast sandwich and I was thoroughly impressed. You can hardly find a vegetarian breakfast sandwich that isn't just egg and cheese and I'm so glad they added this to their menu. I'll reiterate that they are always the fastest and the friendlist. The other one closest to here is off 5th ave and this location slays compared to them. Sure the access point is kinda weird but the service makes up for it tenfold.
