The male on the drive thru speaker was helpful with a good suggestion for a hot drink. However, the female cashier who took the payment and handed us our drinks was unpleasant. She didn't speak and seemed to be more annoyed with not getting a tip. Also, why do you need a tip for standing at the window and handing people their item(s)? People tip through drive thrus for positive experiences.

Placed a mobile order, received a cold sandwich and drink was not ready. No explanation as to why the drink wasn't prepared but the sandwich was left to sit on the counter cold. Horrible experience, horrible customer service. Will go to the Bexley location from now on.

I ordered the Honey Citrus Mint Tea. I was soooo excited to take a sip when I got home. Instead I had a mouth full of herbs that were supposed to be in the bag. I’ve had several problems with this . One day I went and got tea and it was spilled on me because the lid wasn’t put on tight.
❤️ this new Starbucks location! Employee's are always friendly and quick at getting orders prepared. Our east neighborhood needed this. I am a regular!
