Placed a mobile order, received a cold sandwich and drink was not ready. No explanation as to why the drink wasn't prepared but the sandwich was left to sit on the counter cold. Horrible experience, horrible customer service. Will go to the Bexley location from now on.

I ordered the Honey Citrus Mint Tea. I was soooo excited to take a sip when I got home. Instead I had a mouth full of herbs that were supposed to be in the bag. I’ve had several problems with this . One day I went and got tea and it was spilled on me because the lid wasn’t put on tight.

It's just a great place. Drive thru .. people are so friendly and quick. Love this one. I've been to other Starbucks, and they are not as friendly, and service is very slow... this one is fantastic..clean, fresh, just wonderful! I will return to this starbucks over and over.
