I went to this location yesterday and my husband today. Both days I have called corporate and I am currently waiting on the DM to call me back. We used an app approved name in THEIR own app and we have been to this location numerous times and never had an issue.... (They don't normally make the coffee correctly and we have to fix it at home)..... but....yesterday a Karen told me I needed to change my name on the app because it was inappropriate and minors work there (at 10:00am?!) and on top of it made my order incorrectly. I called corporate got credited $15.00 and an email sent to the store manager (pretty sure that is who I dealt with possibly) Husband goes today to pick up and the man at the window condescendingly talked down to him about his name.... And my husband says we called corporate yesterday there wasn't an issue on their end with the name you should be getting an email. So I called today..... we have went to multiple local Columbus area Starbucks and never had an issue..... Like they tell us where we work: You get paid to do the job not give your opinion..... The name THEIR app allowed me to choose and that is his nickname? It is realllllllllllllllly terrible! Big Secsy! (Big Sexy)

It's just a great place. Drive thru .. people are so friendly and quick. Love this one. I've been to other Starbucks, and they are not as friendly, and service is very slow... this one is fantastic..clean, fresh, just wonderful! I will return to this starbucks over and over.

There needs to be an additional pickup option for those with mobile orders beyond waiting in the drive-through line. Getting an answer at the window is inconsistent at best.

I just left walk up window and was completely ignored. The lady saw me and walked away. I rang the bell and still no service.
