This is a nice Starbucks. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. This is a mobile only Starbucks with no seating, so I walked into here and ordered a decaf flat white drink with honey almond syrup, whipped cream, cinnamon powder, caramel, and chocolate curls on top from the Starbucks app. After waiting a couple of minutes for my drink, I got it and took it with me. It tasted good and it was refreshing, but all of the modifications I had in my drink made it cost $13.72, which is a higher price tag than the taste of the drinks arranged. I gave this Starbucks five stars because it has nice employees and average wait times.

Parking: The only parking nearby is a parking garage for the Werner Medical Center. I don’t know if you have to pay for this or not.

You have to have the app to order at his location..no in person orders accepted. That is the disadvantage. There is no way to know the rush and how many people ahead of you.
Once you are in the store there are displays which let you know whether your order is ready or being processed ..so that is good. But if you are behind a long queue then all you have to do is patiently wait.

Ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew and the cold foam just disappeared but didn’t change the color of the coffee. It looked like a black iced coffee. They were kind enough to remake it but that same thing happened. Tasted terrible.

I have never had anything but a positive experience here. This Starbucks is a mobile order only which it shows on the app. I also come here about 5 days a week. Karen is amazing! Though many times she ends up working alone because people didn't show up. There are a few other batista's that go out of there way to make it all a positive experience.I hope they know who they are. I appreciate you all as well. They definitely need the ability to receive and be tipped!

HORRIBLE experience with the rude manager after a ridiculously long wait time for one simple drink. I've gone to this Starbucks for a while but not any longer. (And what happened to the nice and friendly employees they used to have? did they quit after having to work under the woman I had to talk to when my drink came out 30 minutes later than expected because I wouldn't blame them if they did!)

Today, I encountered an employee who displayed rude behavior, which was quite surprising given my previous positive interactions at the other Starbucks. While I cannot definitively determine the reason for this behavior, I was left with the impression that it might have been related to my skin color.I patiently waited in line for 15 minutes, expecting my order to be ready as indicated on the screen. However, my order was never marked as "READY," and the employee did not inquire about my order, despite noticing my extended wait. When I finally asked about my order, the employee accused me of cutting in line, even though there was no established queue at the time. It's worth noting that if there had been a line, my order should have been given priority.The employee's reaction was highly unprofessional. He became confrontational and dismissive, asserting that such incidents were commonplace. Furthermore, I observed him doodling on the cashier's desk during a peak business period, which left me questioning his focus on his responsibilities.I have been a loyal Starbucks customer and have always appreciated their commitment to customer service. However, this encounter was an unfortunate exception, and I hope that Starbucks can address this issue to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and professionalism.

It was ok in the beginning, but it quickly devolved into chaos. I literally needed egg bites warmed up and I ordered way before I needed it, to give them time. They said 9 minutes is the waiting time, which is fine. But when I get there after 10 minutes it's still not ready, which is understandable as it's kind of busy in the morning. But I waited an extra 20 minutes for my order. 30 minutes to warm up two egg bites? I mean if that's the level you're operating at, fine, but at least be honest on the app and tell me what the expected time is. In the end, they weren't even warmed up fully.

Apart from most of the items being out of stock, it feels like the staff just isn't able to handle the morning rush.

This place is sold out of EVERYTHING by 9 AM every single day. Want your favorite drink before class or work? Better walk to High Street. The fact that you have to order on the app and use a gift card is also nothing short of laziness. The only redeeming quality is that the workers themselves are super nice. Aside from that, run
