One of the best pumpkin spice cappuccinos I have ever had. Very high quality coffee. Very efficient and quick. I stayed in a nearby hotel with a Starbucks and would much rather walk the 8 minutes to visit Stauf’s then drink crappy chain coffee

Bitter, over roasted

Fast service, friendly staff, good coffee. What more can you ask for? Also loved that they had homemade flavors using local ingredients like local honey. Definitely recommend.

Coffee from here is excellent. So good to get a decent coffee in the US.

My experience was good. I just got a black coffee with a shot of espresso, and my entire exchange with this place was literally less than a minute. The gentleman who served me was very friendly and the coffee tastes good.

Great way to start a Saturday- or any day for that matter! Knowledgeable, friendly staff with bang on descriptions of their coffee! My husband and I both enjoyed drip coffees & we thoroughly enjoyed!
I picked up a tshirt to honour the experience & can’t wait to sport it!

First time in the city so I googled for specialty coffee places. The coffee photos looked nice. Being able to do latte art is an indication you pay attention in all coffee making steps. I was very disappointed to receive a bitter tasting coffee with soapy milk foam.

The breakfast tea was weak and they poured the milk in while it was steeping which is a big no no if you really enjoy tea. It tasted like dirty water and even if it had steeped properly I doubt that there was enough tea for a 12oz cup anyway.

There is no such thing as 3 sizes of a cappuccino. Its an 8 oz drink. Please, don’t go to a coffee shop that offers a large cappuccino. Its improper.

So good! I asked them to please make me a latte that they recommended, and was handed a Toasted Marshmallow Latte, with whole milk. It is perfectly sweet, not too much marshmallow flavor. I would totally get it, again; might be my new favorite!

I was attending a conference at the convention center and wanted a coffee during one of the long breaks. I’m really glad I took the five minute walk to visit Stauf’s instead of the big chain store in the hotel next door. Great espresso drink (I had a corrado). Reasonable prices. Friendly barista. Great atmosphere in the North Market, which is worth seeing in itself. There are a few seats at the bar around the counter and lots of seating on the second floor of the market. Well worth it.
