My iced coffee was flavorless even though i had caramel in there. For cream and sugar i was told to go over to the cream and sugar table. I was confused because why am i putting granulated sugar in Iced Coffee?! Liquid sugar goes into iced coffee! Who wants to chew on sugar?! Most of the time cream and sugar tables are for people who want extra or have a preference like sweet and low for hot coffee or tea. Than i got whipped cream on my coffee… so it was pointless because i had to stir in the whipped cream just to pour cream and add rock hard sugar to my iced coffee! It was so confusing for literally no reason. This was when i visited the Book Loft for Columbus book crawl. The coffee it self was strong and smooth but it was missing several points a coffee shop should not miss!

One of the only coffee shops around with free wifi, which saved us when we had to check out of our accommodation on a work trip. Really friendly service and a lovely patio to work from.

The place is spacious but the service was quite average. Without any sympathy. The coffee is served in a paper cup, unless you ask for a cup. The double espresso was a little burnt. I didn't have good cream. And for a 2.60 coffee they propose a minimum tip of 1 dollar.

As a Reddit gremlin and someone who rarely spends time in Columbus, I dug deep to find what was recommended by local folk. Stauf’s shined bright in multiple threads so I was surprised by my disappointment. I won’t be speaking to the atmosphere bc they had some (ear piercing) construction going on and I know that’s not their fault. Aesthetically cute and I bet the patio rocks when the weather is ripe. The coffee was the sad part. The milk was burnt, womp womp. I sat down to read for 30 (impatiently fiending for a sip of my latte) and wasn’t able to drink it until just a few minutes before heading out. It was scalding and over steamed and either dominated the espresso flavor or the espresso is mild or dare I say underwhelming.

We're from out of town, and we stopped here for a quick caffeine fix. Good matcha and chai. We appreciated the variety of non-dairy milks. Polite service. Chill place to hang for a bit.

Great coffee, wish they didn't charge extra for non dairy milk (can't remember how much, somewhere between 50 cents to a dollar extra). The GI tax lol. But it is what it is. Lots of options and seasonal items too.

It is way too cold in the coffee shop. I don't usually wear a coat but I'm glad I brought it today. Teeth are chattering and I'm not usually cold.
