Steak 'n Shake

I want to start off by saying the first time we sat to eat at this location the manager was full on yelling at the team, the second time was drive through and they never put garlic on the garlic burger. We just went again and the boy at the drive through was rude and didn’t get our order right. We will not be going back to this location because of the treatment we as customers get.

Rude drive thru lady. Always being told to pull up to the front door and wait for your order, even when they are not busy and no other cars are in the drive thru. Don't think I will ever return to this location. Real shame because I always held Steak n Shake in high regard, but lately I think I may need to rethink my options.

Everything I order from this place, through a delivery app. They refuse to do the order, no matter what delivery app I use. They don't get orders right. They make you wait at least 30 minutes, then decide, we'll we will cancel and not do the orders. This has happened to me more than once. I'm done.

I love the Steak and Shake on Harrisburg Pike I thought it would be the same experience but I was so disappointed burgers were burnt!! Just not the same customer service experience.

Sat in drive thru to get an order waited for 45 minutes, just for them to ask what i wanted, then took another 15 minutes and all I got was a large pop and a small chocolate shake. Absolutely not worth goin back to

This steak n shake is spot on and still what I remember also going here growing up. Some have gone downhill, but this location is exactly what a Steak n Shake should be. It's the best one I've been to. Great food and great service. FAST and friendly. But the presentation of the food keeps me coming back. They deliver every time. Clean location

Didn't even get to order because no one was answering through the drive through i pulled around to the window I was nice told the lady maybe they should answer there speaker but we were no longer ordering we sat there for awhile with no greeting or a please take a moment to look over the menu. Customer service sucks here good thing there is a dairy queen next door, they don't let ya down

The food was much more greasy than other locations. Before they changed the fry recipe the fires always tasted terrible. Now they taste good but still over greased and way over salted. The garlic butter burger was basically nothing other than garlic butter and salt. It's overkill.

Refused to check my order when I showed up for a pickup and just said that she would let me know when it's ready. 10 minutes later she finally asked for the name and without pause advised that they didn't have it. I told her she could have saved me time by asking for the name earlier and was being a little rude. Her response was to tell me not to come back. Easy enough. Terrible service
