Went to go get food but was told fryers were closed 35 minutes before close. Don’t understand why a restaurant who serves food would close one of their main modes of cooking so early in the night, would understand if it was 15 minutes or closer to closing time, but this is ridiculous.

I ordered online, you forgot one of my orders and I’m calling for 5 minutes with it ringing and the staff is ignoring the phone. I want my money refunded. Answer the phone, this is unprofessional and weird.

Then after letting the phone ring for 7 minutes someone answered and hung up. Somebody needs to be fired.

Call number 2 is ringing for 12 minutes with no answer.

Sat at the drive thru for over 10 mins and no one took an order. At 9pm. Went up to the window, lights on, no one there. Finally a woman comes and says she can't take my order cause she isn't on the clock and she doesn't “know what they're doing”

Signs say that they're open until 11:00. Got there at 10:47. Car in front of me was never waited on. I sat for 10 minutes and they never even acknowledged my presence. There was a car behind me and another car pulling in. In 15 minutes, they pissed off 4 customers.

I pulled around and there was no one to be seen at all.

Today, I tried to call the restaurant, and they never bothered to answer their phone.

It's horrible. What a waste.

I want to start off by saying the first time we sat to eat at this location the manager was full on yelling at the team, the second time was drive through and they never put garlic on the garlic burger. We just went again and the boy at the drive through was rude and didn’t get our order right. We will not be going back to this location because of the treatment we as customers get.
