Zero stars if possible. Mike at the window accused me of scamming because I gave my receipt with survey code. He asked me what is this??? And where did you get it from? Are you trying to scam us? I asked if he was new and I was livid. I'm a senior citizen. I would scam you out of a free milkshake. I went on through drive through and tried to call, no answer couldn't and the phone wouldnt allow a message to be left. I went inside. I asked for the mgr. Nicole said mgr wasn't there. I asked why no one was answering the phone, she said she didn't know why. There was one customer inside standing to pick up an order and no customers seated. I asked for person at window and she said Mike. Nicole said she didn't know corporate number, and id have to look it up. When I did get my shake at window, Mike said here .... as if I bothered him, no apology. Nicole was no better, just looked at me when I came inside with a smirks look on her face. If Mike didn't know what to do, he should have asked his coworkers. He was laughing, kept asking me what is this, whats this for and was I trying to scam them???? I'm embarrassed, over 60 years old and hard to believe the attitudes of the workers. Nicole said mgr was Keriana. I will be calling and emailing.

Placed a take out order which took about 15 minutes to get but they forgot our milkshakes which took about another 5 minutes to get those. So yeah that’s pretty much my bad experience at Steak ‘n Shake Easton.

Mid food, worthless service. Quit hiring inept ADULTS. Lazy and incompetent. Closes entire dining room due to 1 broken entry door… yet refuse multiple orders at window…. Are they really THAT stupid? 0/10 hellen keller would be more helpful

Slowly watching this location rot. Employees couldn’t care less about serving the customer. Drive through line constantly backed up and doesn’t move. Don’t even bother going inside, they won’t serve you. They won’t take cash. Inside is filthy. Franchise owner should replace the management or lose their franchises. Absolute disappointment.

Post covid good and bad at SnS. Food still good but today the fries were barely warm. Post covid menu limited. Miss salads, fish sandwich, sundaes served in glass. I like that there is still inside seating but no one seems intent on regular cleaning, If only cleaning materials were publicly available for easy self-clean up before/after dine-in, that would be great. Happy to keep meals affordable by helping with wiping down a table since staffing can be problematic.
We really want to see SnS survive.

The worst steak and shake I’ve ever been too.
Soda machines never fresh staff never helpful or friendly. Once I was here and a senior citizen was having trouble with the self ordering machine ( the staff dont take orders anymore) and she waited there for over 15 minutes being ignored by multiple staff members before I finally walked up and yelled for their attention for them to help her. Shameless.

My food was interesting but my drink wasn't with my meal. Called mgr was nice said it must have gone w wrong order. Get here today and not one person acknowledged me standing up front all had earbuds in. Cook right in front of me never said a word. Basic customer service shouldn't be negated bc some don't speak the language it's not an excuse. Also placing self checks outs doesn't negate interaction. I shouldn't have had to yell to the back is anyone going to acknowledge me. Even the young lady working the floor walked pass earbud in no acknowledgement
