Terrible service! Apathetic workers. Dirty tables, orders not filled: ordered by kiosk- asked for the coffee I ordered twice- and bottled water once. Have you ever imagined what battery acid would taste like? That’s their coffee- so black it was syrup-like- 6 creamers didn’t even touch it- apathetic workers- couldn’t care any less about their service. Would never pay to eat here again.

I went to this Steak N Shake last week and it was horrible. I ordered 3 shakes for my kids and myself plus a hamburger. The milkshakes were honestly the worst I’ve ever had in my life. All three were literally 3/4 whipped cream and only 1/4 milkshake. I wish I was exaggerating, but it’s the truth.
I always expect a bit of a wait at a Steak n Shake, but we waited about 40 minutes for our items when they were not busy at all. Another lady who had been there before us waited just as long, and when she finally got her order it had come with cheese when she ordered it without. Then I found upon arriving home that my one burger had chopped onions on it when I had ordered it without onions. Why even give the option to customize on your kiosk when you obviously don’t pay attention to it?
I used to love their milkshakes, but I will never return. Just horrible.

The team was great. The food was good always 😋 fries 🍟 were a tad bit salted than usual 🧂 but overall great experience! Of course, the milkshake was delicious!

Nobody there but us which is weird because their food and service is excellent. Go in and order on Kiosk which is nice and pretty easy. I think with the word of many of these closing people just stopped going to them. People need to give them another chance because their food and redesigned service is excellent.

What happened to be being served by a waiter or waitress? Nowadays, you have order from a kiosk just like Wendy’s or McDonald’s. No wonder why it’s so dead in there. Go and spend your money elsewhere.

I would give it zero 🌟 I ordered at 7:09 pm they told me to park by the front door they did bring the food at 7:30 after 20 minutes missing one meal i went to the drive thru to ask for my 4th meal they gave me a bag when i opened it at home the sandwich was wrong the double cheeseburger number 7 was with bacon which we dont eat at our home so i trashed it so aftwr waiting 20 minutes the order was wrong and trash i will never go there again or recommend it to anyone The staff careless kids they didn’t even say sorry or anything DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION
