This is honestly , the best steak n shake around always friendly. I have dashed it and it's been just as great. I also come to the drive through and get the same quality food. I have ate the same burger at different locations and this is the only one that is always correct and always taste the same. The garlic burger is my favorite 😍

Worst service ever only customers and it took 25 mins to get food easily the worst steak and shake in town somehow they made a vanilla milkshake so bad I can't even drink it oh yeah and after waiting 25 mins my food was cold how does that happen

I've always enjoyed this place , however like many fst food places , you get a better quality of food during the week when the owner/ supervisor is present, because I bought a couple burgers today and they were horrible, old hard and I ordered bacon but didn't get any it was absolutely nasty. So I most definitely will not be returning to this place, unfortunately it's like all the rest of the burger places...a waist of money and time.

Do not go here unless you have 40mins to waste waiting in the lobby, went here for a coworker for lunch. We order separately, mine was completed at 12:13 and he finished his after mine, ordered to go from the lobby, watched 2 people in the lobby get there food and at least 4-6 drive thru orders done by the time my buddy was handed his food while I'm still waiting for mine at 12:25, I was fed up and wanted a refund so I finally got someone's attention at 12:30ish, lady takes my receipt and goes to the cash register, puts it down and goes to helping the cook with drive through orders making me wait to get my receipt till 12:45 all while another lady got her order that ordered at least 15mins after me. This place is completely ridiculous, no reason is should even take that long for one double cheese burger, a large onion ring, and one thing of fresco.

Ordered on the app before I arrived. Food was terrible. Worst I’ve ever gotten from steak and shake. Really disappointed Becuase it was around 1pm and the store wasn’t busy. Chicken tenders were under cooked just like the fries. Do better.

Dined in, waited 30mins, order was wrong, staff basically unresponsive, ketchup was out and dumped all over counter and floor. Door dasher reporting that their order was wrong missing things and sandwich was wrong l. Will definitely not go back to this location.

Missing over half my order(family of 4 so a hefty bill and the full receipt was in the bag!!), food was barely wrapped, half the fries were raw, had to reorder the other half a second time and with delivery services I ended up spending almost the same amount because of fees and tip, then there were STILL missing items!!! Do NOT order here, guess it’s my fault for not checking reviews and trusting the brand to deliver quality service and food.

Almost every table was dirty. We didn't get any toppings on our burgers. (The fries and my shake were good.) My boyfriend's pink shake had zero strawberry flavor. The employees were friendly but clueless. I definitely won't return to this location.
