Ordered online food pick up 1158 I show up 1208 no food. Wait in line.....20 minutes no one says a word to me someone behind me asks about her food, told the lady I was a head of her. She got her food I was asked my name this is 1230 mind you then after waiting 5 more minutes she walks by with someone else's food. I leave and finally hear someone come ask if the person had a order. Called when I got back late for lunch no answer

Absolutely ridiculous no one was in the drive-through. Someone came on the speaker and said they would be with me when they can. I said hello are you ready for me yet? She said I’m not ready yet. There was literally no one in the drive-through and no one got back on the microphone went back to work with no lunch And disappointed. I probably won’t waste my time again at this location as in the past the service is sucked if I even get it.!!!

Every sandwich was wrong, but the receiptwas correct. The second time, they got it right.
Considering the place was dead the ketchup was empty napkins were empty and when you ask for either or they give you very minimal and I had to keep asking. It's not hard to fill up and ketchup despenser or fill a napkin holder when you don't have much to do to begin with. Orders messed up. Better staff is what they need.
