I was the only one in the drive in. And after about 15 minutes I got my food which wa as all cold and they didnt give me half my order. I tried to call them for over a half hour they wouldn't answer the phone. Its sad when you spend 25.00 so there is no way to make it right and it's to far of a drive.

waited in line for awhile to order. was told to pull up to the front and someone will bring order out. it was more cars waiting in front for their orders when I pulled in front. 2 employees were in front smoking while we were still waiting for our orders. people started complaining. 2 orders were brought out by an employee with a mask that was not covering her nose and she coughed with bags in her hand touched her face and didnt have gloves on. If I could give this resaurant zero stsrs, that's what would apply to my experience. Im currently sitting in their line waiting on my food. I've been in line since 4:25pm. The time is currently 4:53p. UNACCEPTABLE! All cars have been asked to pull up to the front and wait. There are currently 7 cars including myself, waiting. If I hadnt already wasted so much time here, I would ask for a refund. This is my 3rd time coming her and I will not be back. This is the "Fast Food" industry. Its should be fast. Lastly, the cashier has an attitude. Im not sure if they're short staffed or what but she needs to conduct business better. Just got my food and its COLD. NEVER AGAIN!

Terrible experience in May 2020. Went through drive-through. Waited OVER AN HOUR in parking lot. Finally just asked for money back. Apparently their "system was down" but no one bothered to communicate.

They were pretty slow when I went, had the manager as my server which didnt stop everything taking a long time. Food came out wrong despite her reading me back my order and my receipt showing it all correct. While we were there about 4 people from the drive thru also came in for wrong orders. They apologized and fixed everything, they just didn't seem to have place too much care into doing orders correctly the first time.

The food wasn’t bad the reason I gave it 1 star is because I had bugs on my onion rings and even emailed a picture to Steak ‘n Shake and they didn’t do anything about it not even a refund!!
It was great. As usual I loved it. The patties are super thin but tast so good.

Just went through the Drive-through and it took an 35 minutes for us to get our food. And they took the whole 30 minutes to make a milkshake. Mind you our food was sitting in the heater and we didn’t get it until the shakes came out. Also I asked for bacon cheese fries and I got plain cold fries. Burger was absolutely disgusting bacon isn’t cooked all the way and the lettuce is old also the burger was cold. When we got the food and the shakes they dropped mine and just picked it up and continued to give me the shake. I’m very disappointed with them.

The manager was yelling at staff. Not helping customers. One customer waited for food 30 minutes in the drive thru. Another in the restaurant waited an hour for food. My Mom and got milkshakes. My shake was just sitting without me getting it. I had to get help for them to hand it to me. Poor service poor staff except for Ebony. She was the only helpful one.

Undergoing restructuring and overall retraining of staff and has improved 100% from my last visit a few months ago! Jacqueline, Pearl, Cassie and the smiling gal who also came to check back with us, whose name I don't have....you all are doing a great job. Great burgers and shakes, much improved service and attentive, staff with great personalities. I am glad we gave the Cleveland Ave shop a second chance. We will be back.
