Worst drive thru experience I have ever had. Both drive thru workers were rude and the male yelled at me when I couldn't understand him. Clearly a language barrier which I believe did not warrant his poor behavior.

Hamburgers were horrible, had to make mine twice as made wrong first time. Bread tasted stale, the burger was barely there - VERY thin. The onion rings were overly greasy, stuck together, just bad! The chocolate shake was good. Service was rated bad as they wanted to argue with my husband about my burger until the printout showed they were wrong! No apology! Rude!

Rude employees. Even the manager is rude. I have ordered a combo a few times. Each time the coke tastes like water. The manager acted very rude. Instead of checking the quality of their drinks, he got rude. I will rate them zero. If u want to be disrespected come to this place.

It still tastes like Steak and Shake, but they got rid of servers. So, it's essentially a McDonalds now. I wouldn't deter anyone from going, but it's a fast food restaurant now.

Switching to Tallow Fries is such a significant improvement that it cannot be overstated. This is not to be political although of course this push was greatly influenced by Donald Trump‘s election and Robert F Kennedy‘s nomination to health secretary. Seed oils have been a cancer quite literally on the world for far too long. The fact that Steak-N-Shake has made this decision to remove carcinogens from their french fries is such an enormous step. Anytime that I’m on the road for work and I want to get something like a small fry now, I am most definitely going to be going to Steak n Shake. Is everything on their menu healthy? Most definitely not. But that’s OK. As long as we understand what we’re getting and we have the options to have a healthier alternative to seed oil. French fries, I will definitely be back.
Not to mention the flavor of the tallow fries was a significant improvement. I can tell immediately because I actually cook with lard and tallow at my home but to taste that flavor at a restaurant, and a fast food restaurant at that, is absolutely incredible.

Our drive thru milkshakes were great. Mine was Nutella which is a GREAT flavor! Hubby, the traditionalist, loved his vanilla. I love that they are topped with almost 3 inches of whipped cream and a cherry and the straws are wider than the average drinking straw because the shakes are just that thick AND the shakes are 1/2 off between 2 and 4 everyday.

We come here twice a month and pay the same thing every time, today we get charged almost 10 extra than normal! We even checked the prices and the app and it didn't add up to what the workers were trying to charge us!
Went there for some fries and a drink, upon scanning, pouring my drink and having a taste, it tastes like mold, the drink machines need cleaned, the taste is rather unpleasant.
