Let me just say if I could give 0 stars, I would! We went through the drive-thru to get 3 milkshakes. We asked for 1 kid sized m&m and 2 MEDIUM Shakes. We get to the window, pay and then she has 3 kid size shakes. I was like umm we were suppose to only have 1 kid size. She says “ummm no you ordered kid size” and proceeds to hand me them. I said no, we want the medium sized. She rolls her eyes and grabs a manager and he comes to the window like “what’s your issue?” I told him, and he proceeds to say “yea you did say kid size.” I was so heated because I know I said kid size for the first and when I ordered the other 2 she even asked, kid sized or medium, I said MEDIUM. But instead they both wanted to argue with me instead of just fixing the problem and also said they was gonna recharge us. Said they cancelled the other order but we will be checking on that and reporting if he did not. VERY RUDE!

12/01/25 lobby closed at 9pm. Lobby is always open till the store closes. Drive thru employees were very rude. Never had service this bad at this location

Food was amazing, ready and super hot in 5 minutes. With that said this is opinion only.. but I walk in to a kiosk to order my food and notice everything I see is self serve on trays no more table condiments.. bright servers and Happy smiles are a thing of the past that made this place worth the visit soda fountain is confusing on your very first visit I miss the old days but the service was way faster

I’m a Steak N Shake fiend, seriously I may be addicted, but I finally got myself the app so I can start earning rewards. First time using, I got a FREE shake! Thank you! Second bonus, I had no idea they had Biscoff shakes must be something they only offer on the app. So thank you again to that! Finally, order on the app at the street light, (while I was driving) sorry guys don’t text and drive (but I was hungry) parked my car, walked in, and my order was ready as soon as he asked me off I was here for pickup! I eat Steak N Shake on every side of town (Hilliard, Easton, East Side) so I know this is a really good one! If you’re a Steak N Shake fiend like I am GET THE APP (only down side is having to get out my car and go in) but otherwise let’s keep enjoying our steak burgers and shakes! 🥳🥳🥳

I love steak and shake never had a bad meal from this restaurant. I also love that they fry their fries in beef tallow. Seed oils are inflammatory to our bodies and this franchise takes the extra steps to make the food they prepare safer for consumers.
Great food and fast service. We would go back.
