The soy sauce was supposed to be gluten free but definitely smelled like it had gluten in it. The hand rolled sushi wasn't rolled at all and was actually do it yourself.

Took us out of our comfort zone for our Valentine's adventure! Chiyanne was patient with all our questions and requests. Every food and drink selection was delicious! Hope to return to taste more. Great spot to catch a sunset. Music was a little loud for these baby boomers but we were told music varies nightly . FYI: be sure to have your parking ticket stamped.

The service was horrible...what was suppose to be a memorable dinner experience with my wife was just a normal dinner. The food was good but nothing that stood out. The portions were small and the when we were given our plates, nothing in terms of what it was, what the plate consisted of was provided and jus not worth the experience especially for the price. The drink pairing was subpar due to it not paring well and when asked what the drinks were they were just like normal wines you get anywhere else. I would not recommend this as for two with the drinks pairing came out to close to $400. For that price, I can just go to a Michelin starred restaurant and get a better experience and food.

We had an extraordinary evening at Stories in High 1/30/2026.
We went for the Omakase menu and Chef Carter delivered! This was a magical evening where every bite was jam packed with flavor.
We loved stories on high for the drinks and snacks but this meal will make us huge fans for their Omakase menu! We cannot wait to see what Chef comes up with next on this adventure of flavor. For $85, we thought this was an incredible amount of food with quality that’s unmatched right here in the heart of Columbus.
Shoutout to our waitstaff Jenna who catered to our every need with a smile and so much charisma. We can’t wait to come back to see you!

Beautiful place, amazing panoramic views, smart and fun fusion (I know, but they make it work) food and mixology. The staff is friendly and the service is great, and the pricing is in the sweet spot for a place you'd want to visit regularly. No other rooftop bar in Columbus will compete with the concept and it's execution if they can maintain this level of consumer friendly quality and attention to detail.

From the moment you walk in, you can immediately notice how clean and well-maintained the space is. Everything feels organized, fresh, and thoughtfully arranged, which makes it very easy to feel comfortable and at ease. The environment is calm, easy-going, and perfect for unwinding or spending quality time without distractions.
While it is definitely on the more expensive side, the quality of the overall experience makes it worth it. The ambiance is stylish and pleasant, creating a premium feel that matches the pricing. One of the biggest highlights is the customer service. The staff are extremely friendly, polite, and professional, always ready to assist and make sure guests feel welcomed and appreciated. Their positive attitude truly enhances the entire experience.

Went last night for New Year’s Day and had a nice experience. As everyone says the portion sizes are small however you can get two apps (I got the tiger shrimp skewers and spinach artichoke wontons) for $20 so it really isn’t that bad. The shrimp was amazing. The wontons could’ve used less spinach imo and more filling but that’s just a preference. My sister got the ceviche with chips and that was delicious too. My cocktail was also 5 stars. My only complaint is it is veryyy dark inside almost too dark, but then again it makes for a great date night atmosphere. Bathrooms were beautiful. I’d go back again for a date night or when the patio is open to experience that.

A Columbus jewel and hiidden treasure. Rivals any cities go to spots. The entire hotel all levels, access to lobby, Fyre restaraunt, valet service, lay out of facility in the heart of the city. A must see and visit in town. BRAVO!!!!!

We had such a great time at Stories on High — everything about it was just good. The atmosphere is gorgeous, the views are incredible, and it has that relaxed but upscale vibe that makes the whole experience feel special.
The drinks were well-made, the service was friendly, and it was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the evening. We loved the overall vibe and definitely plan on coming back.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place with great energy and great views!
