During the COA cheer competition, this Subway should have been closed. The atmosphere at the location should be ashamed to be opened during a kids competition. The associates who walked off the streets to even work there has no clue how to operate a or even should be employed. You wonder why it's hard to hire, this place is the example of poor leadership.

Just the attitudes there. Customer service was poor. Maybe it was just the day but customer service was disgusting …rude ash

I was here for Animate this year and we decided to get Subway for lunch.
The boy taking our orders wasn't friendly, but not rude, so I didn't particularly care until I heard the way he was talking to the girls behind me. He spoke to them like they were idiots, though they asked standard questions very politely. I hope someone talks to Jason about how to speak to customers, please.
The other two men on staff were very kind and made one of the most delicious sandwiches I've ever eaten from Subway though, I didn't catch their names but they were great. Jason needs some correction though.

We‘re from Germany and stayed for the Arnolds at the Hyatt hotel and enjoyed every day the Subway corner. Working people were SO friendly and did a great job. Nice small talks and they took care about our meals. See u next year!

This has to be the worst subway I've ever eaten at. I ordered a grilled chicken bacon on Flatbread. Even after toasting the sandwich, the chicken was frozen on it and nasty. The bacon was rubbery and chewy. The sandwich was a disaster because the person didn't know how to put toppings on it and cut it. It was a big pile of mixed up stuff when I opened it. I couldn't even pick it up. On top of that, everything was bland and tasted processed. I've eaten at a lot of subways, mostly when there aren't other options, and this was the worst. Do yourself a favor and visit one of the other vendors in the food court. I wish I had.

It is a subway in a food court. All you can ask for is they are fast, efficient, and correct. They hit all three without issue. As a bonus they said "SIR" what would you like and "THANK YOU SIR" being 60+ it is nice to be addressed politely.

I was in town for a work conference and had two opportunities to witness the exceptional customer service of Sammy Bryant. It was extremely busy the first time with a line that kept getting longer. As his co-workers started to panic, he assured them it was going to be okay. He was upbeat and interacted with the customers in suck a positive way. Even though there was a bit of a wait, I didn’t mind because of his positive attitude. Thank you, Sammy, for an amazing experience! I will be back next time I’m in town on business!
I've worked for Union 12 now for a while and setup quite a few events in the Convention Center. Usually when I'm cut for Lunch around 4pm some days I come down to this location only for it to be closed.Today at 3:30pm I figured out as to why. Apparently they just decide to close when they "Want to" because "It's slow." Good to know that you can just decide when to shut down because you don't want to be there.

Great sandwiches at good prices. Good service.
Everyone in the store was standing outside smoking "on break" at 12:30pm on a Saturday. Wouldnt even let me inside to order. Not the best strategy during what most would consider the middle of lunch rush.
Attentive staff. Last place to close in the food court.
Does not exist
I couldn't tell there were open for business. The person behind the counter was sitting on a stool and listening to something through earphones. I had to get his attention to find out if there were open and place my order. Once I placed my order everything was fine. This is a basic Subway nothing stands out that would make them stand out from any other.
