I can’t rate the food because I never got service. Apparently they round their working hours. The actual closing time is between 8:15 and 8:30pm.

This subway at Children's hospital has the worst customer service and I've been an employee of CHILDREN'S for 14 years. These employees, specifically the evening shifters have no sense of welcoming or any type of personality. They make me feel sad 😔 and im just ordering a six inch sub. Management train these individuals for success and your business will be also.

Terrible Subway. Evening employees never act like they want to be there. I was the only person in line and it took a whole 15 minutes to make 2 6in sandwiches. I've watched the employees step onto the counter to get to the back. Very dirty, hours never make any sense. How is this place still open? And in a children's hospital!

Never open on posted hours. Multiple times I have waited and rang the bell in the morning (lights on, food out) and no one comes to help. Today waited 6 min, rang the bell 5 times and no one came. Awful.

Awful customer service especially being in a childrens hospital. Her name was Lisa and very disrespectful to a employee of the hospital in the infectious disease department. Rude to us and other customers. I'm not getting into it to deep but she needs to go home and never work a subway or customer service again. I'm not gonna eat this subway while I'm here again. Also the other employee at the time did nothing wrong and was embarrassed by Lisa. But it explains the 3.2 review rating.

The woman’s customer service was very amazing but me and my little went specifically for the cookies and awww man they were hard as a rock 🤦🏽‍♀️ the lady did end up finding us softer cookies but my son had to choose a whole different kind thank goodness he liked it ☺️

I use the app so it is faster. Employees are very kind. Line can be a little long sometimes but it's not horrible. Hard to find but worth the hunt. Overall good experience for foos during our days long stay. Order was correct.

At 1:00pm today sorry but the heavy set blonde Caucasian girl needs to be fired. Asked for 3 five dollar footlongs we got charged 31 for 3 Five dollar foot longs one of them was supposed to be just a regular chicken bacon ranch and they made it an elite not what I asked for. I asked for extra cheese she didn't know the price nor did she want to give me extra after I asked for it. I felt really ignored and like I didn't matter. I KNOW I was speeking loud enough for her to hear me cause I know it's loud behind there. ? I know for a fact that is the opposite a work place needs if you want business and good reviews.
