Felt rushed when the lady was making the subs. Other then that sub was good. Employees, just need to relax when taking orders.

Horrible customer service! A manager refused to honor a coupon for me because I paid online! I maid duplicates online order and paid at the store, the Manager refused to refund me for the error in ordering and asked me to come another day for the extra sub!! However, when I came later asking for the sub with a coupon to add, the manager refused to honor it and said he tossed the sub and going to make a new one, he will not do the coupon!! I eat at subway almost every day and haven't seen such customer service!! I would not come back to this store again! Ever!
This place on Parsons Avenue in Columbus, Ohio is awful. I like to order soup and a 6 inch sub when eating lunch at Subway. Every time I go to this location and ask for soup, the answer is always "Sorry, we don't have soup today."
Nice clean Subway. The employee was friendly and helpful.

Customer service is Terrible. And their food is NOT fresh. I picked 3 tomatoes off of my sandwich due to rotten spots. Won't eat here again!
Google says they open at 9am but this isn't correct. I tried to go in at 9:15 and the door was locked and I didn't see any people inside.

I just received the most horrible service. I came in at 15 minutes until close and they tried to tell me that they were already closed and then decided to make my sandwiches anyway. Then while I was standing at the counter waiting on my food to be heated the man behind the counter asked me if I was okay and I said yes and then he says "Are sure because it looks like you have a problem with me." Never in my life have I had someone talk to me this way at any restaurant. This was the most horrible service especially when they were in the wrong. I will not be coming back to this subway location and I will be contacting corporate in the morning.
So I walk into this place with a sack in my hand and a water bottle. The guy at the counter off-duty employee looks at me and tell me there's no public restrooms. I asked the the guy behind the counter the owner son or nephew is there no restrooms. They said it's only for customers only. So I asked how do you not know that I'm a customer. The guy behind the counter gets louder so you know what the restrooms are out of order to End discussion. So I took my money down to Panera. Terrible customer service. Now there is a Subway few blocks down inside of Nationwide Children's hospital I would suggest you go there.
