Honestly, shut them down, didn’t see a single person wash their hands before gloving up. The building was nasty with trash, boxes, and dirt everywhere. The employees didn’t talk to you and were wearing PJs to work. The only saving grace is the veggies didn’t look rotted. Rough night for this subway

I was just visiting Columbus and was wanting some food to eat on my way home and was super excited for Subway. I ordered my order online and whenever I got to the store, they told me that my order didn’t go through their computer however, it already had been taken out of my bank account, all of this was fine, but whenever I was trying to figure out what I should do next or how to be able to fix it I was given very rude attitude, no one wanted to help me. I literally left the store, crying my eyes out because of how the service staff just made me feel. . I normally don’t leave Google reviews but I really feel like this was worth mentioning, considering I had such a terrible time.

Decent enough location but randomly locks their doors early.
Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.I have had orders that were incorrect, have not gotten any refunds. I have had orders through the app that have been canceled with no explanation and no refund. I have reached out to corporate, nothing is done and they do not make an effort to fix it outside of a generic appologetic email.Go somewhere else.

Workers are very lazy and rude...came by and all 3 workers were on a cigarette break out front...waited inside for a few minutes before one of them even came in, then the worker had a very poor attitude, no customer service whatsoever...lost my appetite and
