Did not know how to make a Subway melt. Asked me what goes on it. Actually toasted my sub with just cheese with no meat. Also i wanted a 20oz drink combo with sub and was told they dont sell 20oz drinks to customers, only 32 and 44 oz. It was listed on menu board as a combo and indiv drink. Not trained and new with no trained supervision.

Went here on a Thursday night, right before 10:30-this establishment closed at 11. Right when we entered the girl working was very rude. She did not say hello. She did not have her long hair pulled back nor was she wearing anything to keep her hair out of the food. She whispered back to her coworker that she should start locking the door- since it was close to closing time. It was December 12, 2019 around 10:30. Workers clearly did not care how they treated customers. She also claimed to be out of meatballs. I hope she was being honest, because this establishment lost a sale from me if she did lie.

This is the second time that I have been to this location (Friday 11/22 & Monday 11/25) that the door is locked and no one is around. No sign to say 'Be Right Back'... nothing. Absurd! I've been giving my business to Jersey Mikes instead.

It’s like watching sloths make your food. They didn’t know how to make sandwiches, it was an Italian BMT... multiple times they put the meat back in the tray off of the sandwich because it looked old. I gave it 1 star because I couldn’t pick 0.

But while I was here, a few things caught my attention that make me not want to recommend this location.\ -The cheddar slices looked like they had been out for at least a day and were pretty tragic looking.\ -The sweet tea was out.\ -The paper towels in the restrooms were jammed and the employees didn't seem particularly concerned about it.\ -There was a lengthy discussion with a customer at the register because the server couldn't figure out how to change the charge on a combo for a drink.\ \ Honestly, it seemed like this place was super short staffed. Only two people back there. I don't know if I can recommend this place because you aren't gonna be able to keep up with service and presentation with so few people. Besides, if you're on campus, there are better sandwich shop options.
