Service was not great, it was hard to hear what the workers were saying and they seemed only half engaged with what was going on in the store and more worried about speaking to one another in a different language instead of being friendly with customers.

This subway, oh boy this subway, hoot hoot doggie this friskin' subway, it has my heart and it makes me speak nonsense. Anyways, this subway deserves 10 more stars because the staff is always so friendly, and the soda is always on point. Some places have weak soda, like bk up the street, but not subway. The subs are amazing as well. I love you subway. 10 point for subweezy. They even gave us a free sub <3

Very clean and friendly. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they accidentally gave me a banana pepper and it made for an unpleasant bite of my sandwich. Otherwise one of the better Subway locations.

The franchised owned shops have deteriorated given their position away to the other fast, casual and healthy to restaurants like Chipotle.

Recent experiences here have been pretty positive. Located in a shopping strip mall center with varied other businesses along Sawmill Road. Yeah ... Sawmill Road is royal pain, but businesses in this location seem to fair well in spite of it. Getting out of these businesses here, including Subway, can be problematic at times due to the high volume traffic area. Pot holes in the parking lot have been patched up, but the lot really needs resurfaced. Be careful of other drivers speeding through the lot from north to south side as folks trying to figure the best way to get out onto Sawmill. Inside there is lots of dine-in eating space, but seems most folks are doing the take-out. The past couple of times the staff were quite friendly and actually engaging. Their rewards card program has changed since the last I visited a Subway restaurant. So the staff person readily explained the changes to me. Same deli style menu that you find at other Subway shops. Great for creating your own sandwich are quite reasonable prices. Ingredients were all fresh. Great for a quick meal.
