THE WORST SUBWAY EVER, I made an online order for two simple sandwiches, on one of the sandwiches the bread was completely wrong, they did not put cheese on my sandwich nor the salt and pepper I asked for. When I went into the store to pickup my order the workers were just sitting around not doing anything then when I seen my sandwich completely messed up I tried calling three times and they didnt pick up.

Walking into this place you notice from the moment you walked in the door how dirty this place is the glass on the doors and windows looks like they haven’t been wiped down in yearsThe lettuce looks like it may have been from yesterday as a restaurant general manager I understand keeping down food cost and I do not like to leave reviews but I know places on the west side of Columbus that are cleaner than this placeThis place never really seems busy i’m sure we could be doing some type of cleaning when we have downtime if the doors windows and floors were that dirty, I would hate to see what the soda nozzles look like

Sign on the door says it opens at 9am and it’s 9:12 and still locked up tight. Not the first time this has happened. Avoid this location!

I love subways in general but this location is the very worst one. They are extremely skimpy with toppings, they don't accept any coupons nor participate in promotions, and recently I asked for a cup for ice/water and the guy wanted me to pay full price for a drink. I asked several times to make sure he understood I just wanted water - he did - but wasn't going to let me have a cup unless I paid the soda price.

Walked in anticipating the coupon of 12.99 for two subs. Do keep in mind this is not a BOGO. He shows a sign that says BOGO not valid for chicken. This was not a BOGO coupon. Very deceptive business practices and will be filing a report with the Attorney Generals office.

Good food and service. Angry that the PIN pad prompts you for a tip (starting at 15%) but THE WORKERS DONT GET THE TIPS. Sneaky owner trick. Give a cash tip instead!

Very disappointing and my partner E money and I will not be ordering from here again. Walk in at 12:45pm, wait in line, then at 12:55 they say they're going to close for an hour. Wild choice and tell me that right when I walk in, not after waiting for 10 minutes.

Skimpy sandwich , ask to put more and they add half a sliver . Cost is more with half the food. Will never return. Donatos and dominos have better quality. I think most owners of subways are very cheap anymore.

I've dropped by this Subway on and off for years. The other day I went in and ordered a 6" sub with ham and turkey. When he handed it to me, it felt really light and I mentioned it...the guy said he actually gave me extra meat. After eating it, I felt it was more bun than I'd noticed before. So the next day I went to the Subway on Martin and ordered the same sub. They put on nearly twice as much meat. I won't be going to the Hard Rd. Subway anymore. Plus, I found out the Martin Rd. Subway offers Veterans a discount and I didn't even ask, they noticed my Veteran hat and asked.
