They are so selfish about meat and even salad
I regret to express that my experience at this location was disappointing. The service I received was not up to the expected standards of professionalism, and I found the staff to be less accommodating than anticipated. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this establishment to others.
Will not recommend this location to anybody very poor customer service the Indian guy that works. There is very greedy with all the items you tell him you want more and he will literally put nothing and tell you is loosing his money
Why do y'all give out these old nasty looking cookies, not good at all and y'all barely put any sauce on my sub. Learn how to make people's order the right way!!!!!!!!

The staff keeps the place clean, and the ingredients look fresh; the employees are pleasant. I love this place!! The sandwiches are great!

Don't go this store anymore. I ordered a teriyaki sub and it is barely no meat in it. The new India staff there was so mean and refuse to commit the sub was almost just with some veg. He doesn't care about it. It was the worst subway experience ever! Never go there. Staff was mean and so cheap. Very disappointed.

The Indian guy who works here is unreasonable and lacks kindness and manners! Refused our coupon when we’ve never had an issue here before. Said they’ve never participated in those. Then I asked for a six inch and he literally said “no footlong” like forced me into more food than I wanted. Then gave us no actual food in the bread. We paid almost $30 for bread…. You can literally count the pieces of lettuce and peppers no exaggeration!!! We’re not coming back. This place is rude cheap and low quality. Try hiring stable people for a customer service job.

I have given this location, many tries, but after today I’m done. They skimp on the meat they skimp on the veggies and give you a hard time when you ask for extra because there is no up charge. The bathroom is always nasty today they had no napkins or hand soap in the dispensers. I like to support local businesses, but this particular business is trying to one up on the customers and I don’t like that one bit.
Great quick friendly service, they actually take the subway coupon which never happens lol [gd]!! Always clean, awesome parking, smells great, & they always have everything in stock!! Super Awesome!!

Nasty and cheap people , they don’t put the same amount of food like other places…. + charging me extra for adding more olives in my sub , and I didn’t get all the toppings just 3 of them …. Very bad experience

Extremely stingy and cheap owners that deliberately skimp on what they put in your sandwich.
Don’t get me wrong, all subways do this to some extent. But this location in particular does this far worse. You will buy a $10 sandwich that will look like a breadstick. Totally flat, with an embarrassingly lacking amount of meat and vegetables.

Let's be honest. It's subway. You're not looking to get something super extravagant but it's nice to have the comfort of a cheap sub you can make your own. That being said, this location gave me the worst subway experience I've had while still getting my order right. Not only do they not take coupons and you won't know that until you go to pay for the sub, but they skimped on all the toppings and I had to ask for more toppings on almost everything. Clearly trying to cut costs at the customers expense and I am not here for it. Never visiting this location again. Save yourself the headache and go to the Subway a mile up the road.

Do not give this subway your business. The steak looks like dog food I just happen to look at what was being put on my sub. When ask the guy what is that he is putting on my sub he had an attitude. That is why you cannot see your food being made, but you can see the vegetables. Very rude and I’m not sure what they are using, but it is not what is on the menu yuck.

I ordered the 1st of 3 subs with the same bread and was looking at the menu. I told him what the 1st sub was to be and that I wanted extra onions. I couldn’t see what he was doing behind part of the counter. I finished looking at the menu. I didn’t notice until he had already put a 3rd sub in as exactly the same as the 1st. I told him and he blamed me. I told him that I had been just about to let it go. He told me he asked and I told him I wanted all the subs the same. I said no such thing, but he had an accent which makes things difficult. I was going to get 2 different subs with almost every topping, but I was sick of his attitude. I told him to bag all 3 the same as they were all prepared and I wanted to pay. I should have simply left without the subs. Correcting the customers after screwing up their order while people have issues understanding your accent shouldn’t be on the menu. 2/3rd’s of my order is not what I wanted. There’s nothing right about that and without an apology, but rather blaming me. One of the few necessities to work in fast food is to be understandable and to clearly say things regularly like: “what would you like on your NEXT sub?” The guy threw in a couple polite words after blaming me which to me is much worse than if he had kept his trap shut or apologized. I don’t intend to ever go back to this location and didn’t expect this at all. Oh, and the place looks clean, but who cares with the service.
