Bread tends to always be dry at the Bethel Subway in Columbus , OH and they don’t list all the available choices of chips/beverages in the app. Today I ordered 3 subs for my family. One had a piece of plastic in it and another had a pit from an olive somehow in it. I was shocked because the olives are pre-sliced (so I thought), yet a whole olive with a pit was in my sandwich. I thought I broke my tooth and have been dealing with pain all day.

The Bethel Rd location in Columbus, Ohio, was the worst. I had bought three meatball subs, and instead of telling me they were out of meatballs, they made them with the most burned up nasty things imaginable. The meatballs were so badly burned that they were hard and the sauce was actually sour. I reached out asking for a refund and was ignored completely. I asked again, and again, I was ignored. Very terrible service and even worse customer service. I shouldn't pay for food I trashed.

I love Subway sandwiches. However, you need to have more than one employee at dinner time!! I ordered online, but when I got to the store (Bethel Rd), there was a line, and the single employee had had no time to start my order (despite what the app said). Do I just had to wait my turn in line. I don't blame him. It's management who needs to fix this!

GO TO KENNY RD LOCATION!!!! I've tried this location on several occasions and have never had a good experience. It's by far the worst subway I've EVER ordered from. The ingredients seem to always be old and rotten. My last sub was so wet I threw it away. App repeatedly crashed when trying to order.
