Spent 7 minutes without being acknowledged in an empty store listening to the Subway worker and the employee next door exchange pleasantries and 3 way calling in another person and not making a sub despite nobody being in here

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Subway location tonight around 9:10 PM. The staff member who served me had a very poor attitude and was rude throughout the interaction. I was charged a footlong although I only ordered half, and when I asked for a receipt, the employee refused to provide one, she said the machine was out of paper despite seeing the green LED on the machine.

Had a great experience at this Subway! The place was clean, the food was fresh, and everything was prepared just the way I wanted. There was a young girl working there, she was extremely polite, friendly, and patient. She took the time to listen carefully, made the sandwich perfectly, and had a very positive attitude throughout.

Customer service like this really makes a difference. Her professionalism and warm behavior made my visit enjoyable. Definitely one of the best Subway experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend this location!

Stay away from this subway location.

I felt like I walked into an episode of a cartoon show at this place. The Subway is completely empty except for one worker who is standing there with his air pods in.

There is a sign on the counter that says “on my break, be back in 10 minutes” and the guy is just standing there listening to music and doesn’t acknowledge my existence for a solid 45 seconds.

I finally start ordering and it is a complete chore to order two basic turkey sandwiches. The guy has no idea what I’m saying, and I have no idea what he is trying to say. I don’t know if it was a language barrier or just that his AirPods were cranked to the max in his ears.

Finally finishes making the two sandwiches and I put a bag of chips on the counter to complete my order. So of course the guy takes the chips and smashes them into my sandwich bag, almost assuredly leaving me with a $1.50 bag of crumbs.

I will be going to the local Jersey Mike’s from here on out.

Had to wait 20 minutes to be helped while she talked on the phone and did mobile orders for people that wern't there. In addition she threw the vegetables on the sub, made me pay before ordering and couldn't hear me because again, she was talking on the phone

Because of the young woman that was working this evening, I believe I'll be looking for another location to frequent. She did not appear to care very much about her job and was busy speaking to somebody over the phone apparently, using her Bluetooth the entire time she was making our sandwiches. And she was out of half of the items, which I don't believe was legit, she just didn't bother to restock.

Hours listed on Google and the actual building are inaccurate. Came at 10am on Saturday and building was locked, no note for explanation or anything. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional behavior from the owner.

Bread tends to always be dry at the Bethel Subway in Columbus , OH and they don’t list all the available choices of chips/beverages in the app. Today I ordered 3 subs for my family. One had a piece of plastic in it and another had a pit from an olive somehow in it. I was shocked because the olives are pre-sliced (so I thought), yet a whole olive with a pit was in my sandwich. I thought I broke my tooth and have been dealing with pain all day.

The Bethel Rd location in Columbus, Ohio, was the worst. I had bought three meatball subs, and instead of telling me they were out of meatballs, they made them with the most burned up nasty things imaginable. The meatballs were so badly burned that they were hard and the sauce was actually sour. I reached out asking for a refund and was ignored completely. I asked again, and again, I was ignored. Very terrible service and even worse customer service. I shouldn't pay for food I trashed.
