The store never has enough employees working during lunch hours. There is always a huge line during lunch coz they are always short-staffed. I don't blame the employees, but I blame the management for not scheduling enough staff for lunch hours.

I went in to buy a sub the Indian man told me I had to pay for my sub first before he makes it. I asked the man in front of me did he have to pay for his sub first he said no. I asked why I had to pay for my sub first and he accused me of running out of the store after I got my sub. Obviously he was confusing me with someone else and racially profiling me. I have never seen this man in my life. I’m not sure why I would return to a place where I so called did dirt at while wearing my work badge. Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. I will never be back. The food is never fresh anyway.

My co-worker and I placed an order through doordash that went to your store. The gentleman that was picking up our order was kind enough to ask to make sure the protein bowl had extra onions that we ordered. Your employee must have woken up on the absolute WRONG side of bed and chose violence. There is absolutely 100% no acceptable reason for your employee to be rude to a paying customer or a delivery driver. If you don't like your job, don't go to work and treat everyone around you terribly. If youre just having a bad day, I am sorry and I hope your day brightens up but it still does not give you the right to be rude to anyone. Kindness matters. Be kind. Have the day you deserve.

Placed an order at 11:15 for a noon pick up. Went at noon, all the lights were off, rap music blaring and numerous people waiting in line. The woman with all the tattoos is so strung out on something she dozed off while making a sub!!! My order was not ready, she hadnt even started it. I have been in there before when the same woman is screaming profanities because she is so busy. I ended up leaving because i am not eating a sandwich that she makes!! She literally was bent over, eyes closed and head almost in the sandwich she was working on. I would like to know how I can get refunded my money!!!! This place needs closed down. She is a mess!!!

I actually work at this subway and I love it and the manager is amazing. she's a very hard worker and one of the best that I have ever met. not just as a manager but as a human being. she made me feel wanted at work not needed and that's the type of encouragement that I will always want to be at. and her service. she's great. she's the most respectful to customers and she has an attitude that I love about her so if your reading this. come visit and find out for yourselves
