Went in to get a singular sub and there was only one person in there in front of me. The worker took 15 minutes to do the one sub for them. A guy came in after me and when I went up to order the worker said “ I have my friends order ahead of you. It’ll be like 5 minutes” and he pointed at the guy who came in way after me. At this point I have already waited 20 minutes. When all he had to make was 1 sub. I left with nothing after this terrible experience.

I think everything was solid, but the cashier sold me a drink, knowing they didn’t have straws 😂

And when I asked her about it afterwards, she just smiled and shrugged her shoulders, almost like she was saying “oh well buddy…”

…it didn’t even feel like a real moment lol.

Anyways, the place is fine, i guess subway is BYOS now 🤷🏽‍♀️ (bring your own straw).

Didn’t receive my order !!! Called door dash they told me to contact the store . Called the store they told me food was on the way. Never received it. Call the store again, they blocked my number or took phone off hook! Never got a refund or anything !!

Just thought I’d share what happened to me Monday morning. I stopped in to get something to eat about 9 o’clock before I got to my office. I ordered a 6 inch cold Cut combo and the total was like somewhere around $5.50. I tried to swipe my card and it was declined. I thought that was weird so I tried to swipe my car again. It was also declined. I tried it one more time and it declined, but I noticed that every time the tip screen came up I had to hit no tip numerous times for it to go to the next screen. After thinking for a minute, I asked the guy to try one more time and I added a 10% tip before I swipe my card and when you know. Some reason my card automatically went through. I called my bank fraud department while I was standing inside. One time could’ve been a glitch, maybe even two times but Was declined until I added that tip Automatically was approved, if that’s not fraud. I don’t know what it is. Has anybody else had anything similar to this happene at this location? Just beware and check your credit cards if you make a debit card purchase

I ordered a sandwich pickup, and I ordered every vegetable they have and this is what I got. Two jalapeños, one for each bite I guess since it took two bites to finish. Who made this sandwich, Bella Hadid??? There was barely a whisper of lettuce, not even a thought of green pepper. Not to mention it was a flatbread ROLLED up like a burrito. This ain’t chipotle. ZERO big booms.

Keep away from this place. Tried veggie patty sandwich from this subway 3 times. For spinach they would put exactly 3 leaves of spinach . No value for your money. I love Subway veggie sandwiches but not going back to this store ever again. I can add 1 more dollar and getting better tasting and better quality food from Panera close by. I wish I had taken a picture of the sandwich so that I can post it here.

Hope the owners read this and understand they can't fool people

Ordered delivery and got completely ripped off. Couldn't even give a decent amount of iceberg letuce for a $10 salad?!? Even Panera's portions aren't this small. Maybe 2 slices of turkey and 1 slice of American cheese maximum if even that. Ridiculous

I ordered onland so I could pick it up when I arrived. There was only one.
Person manning the store and a line out the door he made us wait until the people in line or served even though we had our order in first an hour later I finally got my lunch but I didn't have time to eat it he also forgot the dipping sauce

Very dirty I watched the cash register, not changed his gloves while making subs and they dropped a knife on the floor and picked it up. I was going to cut my cucumbers and was very rude at the younger gentleman.

Terrible. Sandwiches made wrong, bread was stale and the sandwich was smaller than usual. Disappointed. This was the 2nd time I have had these issues with this store within the last month. I will not return.

Very friendly very polite willing to take your order and listen to what I wanted and they actually made it my way it's funny that I say this because years ago and went to one on 161 and Busch it would say welcome to Subway make it your way and the young lady she made my sub her way and I ended up making her pay for her stuff that she made her way so I recommend that you come to this one here and Worthington
