I went in just a few minutes before close. The customer service was great. The two guys behind the counter were very polite and even stayed a few minutes late to get me my sub. I asked if they were out of anything for the day and the gentlemen making my sub assured me that they could make whatever I wanted.

I am a Black lady and I drove past two Subways to get to this Black owned Subway. My husband likes to patronize Black owned businesses. This trip we noticed that you all are covering up the glass so that we are unable to see what is going on the Sub. And guess what, there was minimal tuna on both our subs. I didn’t even eat the second half, just not worth eating bread alone. I am so sorry that you are having to cover up and leave off the meat. There is a Subway on High and Campus View and another on Worthington Galena Road and Campus View. We will have to start patronizing these two stores. I am so sorry to see this business go down this way. Best of luck.

I asked about the current BOGO deal and an extremely rude staff member told me their owner doesn't participate in any Subway promotions. It's obvious this location does not care about it's customers. Please go somewhere else!!

The one on lockbourne and Smith will give you the best customer experience with great subs. The Subs and cookies are some of the best! Great for family and being made to feel like family!

Employee with all the tattoos (familia) tattoo on his right arm was rude - didn’t greet me or make eye contact and was really curt the entire time. Asked me what veggies I wanted on a Pickleball sub, and I just said “…whatever comes on it”. Extremely rude and perfunctory in his demeanor.

Typically my gf and I have a wonderful experience at this location. However today, not so much. We went in and we weren't even acknowledged by the man working, we had to ask him if he was ready. He did not say a word to either of us until he got to the veggies part of the sandwiches. He wouldn't look either of us in the eye. He kept moving his mouth like he was irritated or couldn't be bothered. If he's special needs, that's one thing. He did not have a name tag but he was the young bearded kid working 7/22 at 8pm. He also dumped strips of bacon onto the tuna fish and did not clean the tuna off of the bacon and it just sat there on top of the tuna. He had an attitude with my gf ringing us up.
I should just stop going. The guy who is always there says literally nothing and wears ear buds. My order wad messed up and I had to drive 15 minutes back after picking it up. When I walked up the guy looked my direction as if to say "what" but never said a thing. I told him the issue, he again says nothing. Reads my receipt, makes a new sub, never says sorry, and throws it on the counter and proceeds to do something else. This is my last trip there his customer service is terrible and he must work 7 days a week he is always there
