Went to go get a sandwich before work, sign said open and door was unlocked but when I went in nobody was in there. There was a note on a piece of paper on the counter that said "back in 10 minutes". I waited 10 minutes but nobody came. Not sure why they left the doors unlocked and sign on if they were going to leave the store unattended for more than 10 minutes.

I've been to this Subway restaurant twice in the past several months. The first time, I had a coupon which I received in the mail. The elderly guy who was working the counter gave me a hard time and would not honor it. I was in no mood to argue and paid full price. I decided in the future I would just go to the other Subway a few blocks up the street. Today, I was in a shop near this Subway and decided to pick up a meatball sub. The same elderly guy was working the counter. I knew that meatball subs were the special of the day on Sundays. I ordered a meatball sub and requested that the bun be toasted. He already had plastic gloves on, I assume because he had waited on two guys who were leaving as I walked in. He made my sub than put it in the oven to be toasted. While the sub was in the oven, he tried to charge me full price for the sub. I reminded him that this was Sunday and the meatball subs were on special. He charged me the reduced price. He took my money and gave me change. Then he proceeded to take the sub out of the oven and wrap it to go. He wore the same pair of gloves to make the sandwich, handle money and make change, then handle my sub again to wrap it up. I already had an attitude about this shifty guy so I asked him why he was handling my food after sticking his hands in the cash register. He asked me if I wanted him to put on a clean pair of gloves. I told him he shouldn't even ask, he should make the sandwich and wrap it up, THEN take my money and make change. What's the sense of wearing gloves if he's going to handle dirty money and then handle my food. I suspect this guy is the owner and a tightwad who cuts corners every chance he gets. Either that or he's just too damn lazy to change gloves. I was the only customer in the shop so it's not like he was too busy to do things the proper way. I'll take my business to the Subway shop up the street on the corner of W. 5th Ave and North Star and never set foot in this restaurant again. This is the Subway shop in the mini Plaza near Northwest Blvd.

I had a 2 buck off reward, so I ordered online and set a time for pickup during my lunch. Got a email notice saying confirmed and ready for pickup. Drove over, walked in, and was greeted nicely. Told him I was there for pickup and he had it all ready and handed it over. Was toasted and warm and quick service. Venue seemed clean and staff was friendly. Would go back when I get that craving again. Thanks!

This subway is disgusting. The bread is always old, veggies are frozen and the staff is rude. You walk in and they act as if you've inconvenienced them. Two blocks up is a better subway. Go there!

Dont eat at this location. Go to Northstar, its loads better and better service. This location told me i didnt have any points on my subway card when I've been saving my points for year's. Food was old tasting, like it had been put out the day before and sat there all nite and into the next day.

VERY slow service, watery rotisserie chicken (I'm hoping it's because it's from frozen) & an employee who has no clue how to roll a wrap. We had to stop him from folding it in half and roll them ourselves. Our family bought lunch, ate there & was not allowed to use their restroom. We went to the Chinese place next door to wash our hands & were regretful that we didn't just get lunch there. We recommend going next door, they were very kind.

This is the closet subway to grandview, absolutely horrible!!! I managed to know about the line worker "baby daddy" and how pathetic her co workers are. The cashier was literally sleep leaning on the counter, mixing up orders where there are only 3 ppl in line. Don't get me started on the hard quality of bread, and food taste overall. Please skip and go to penn station.

No bathroom in a restaurant. That's illegal I believe and the clerks were stingy with meat and veggies. We ended up eating with hand sanitizer on our hands. Won't return.

Bad.. I ordered online. When i came to pick it up the apathetic cashier was ringing someone out. When she finished, without acknowledging my existence, she walked over to start a sandwich for the only person in line. I guess there is no point of ordering online if you still have to wait for them to make two sandwiches before you get yours. Only two words spoken to me the whole time I was in there: pick up? And the limp sandwich wasn't made as I ordered it either.
