Ordered delivery for myself and my husband. Only half of the order was right. Ordered a " Hot Shot Italiano" for my husband and recieved an "Italian BMT." Order was also missing the Miss Vickies jalapeño chips. How hard is it to double check that everything is in the bag or that the sandwhich is the right one?
One of the worst experiences in my life. When we got there, all employees were doing anything but working. Mobile phone, listening to music and one of them was even falling asleep! The place was not clean at all! Awful service, rude to us. They were uncomfortable with us eating there, and after we decided to dine in, they placed this letter on the door!! I really didn’t think the AC was the problem. I’m not sure how management allows this behavior. Me and my family will never go there again, and believe me, I’ll let all my acquaintances know about this. I’ll also post in Facebook.
I love how clean the place is in Polaris. The service is fantastic.

This subway is one of our favorites. Staff is great and friendly. They participate in most of the subway promotions. They don’t skimp. They load your sandwich with plenty of toppings. Restaurant is clean.
Vegetarian options: They have veggie patty. Most subways don’t have that option.

Will not be returning. Stood in a short line (4) people, not that complicated. 2 workers so I figured it would move pretty fast, boy was I wrong. First they had the metal cover up blocking the meat so you couldn't see what they were giving you, second, so slow. 3 sandwiches took 10 minutes and then the 2 workers started arguing over who was ringing people out. Left without ordering, went to a different location close by.

I come to this location often , I went in today and the guy was not nice and acted as if he didn't really want to serve me. I wasn't rude even after he said they didn't have the kind of sub that I wanted. I got a different sub and I went to pay I handed him my money and he throws my change on the counter and it was a very uncomfortable exchange and I doubt I'll be back.
Ok so their closing time is 10 pm, we went there 9:34 and as soon as they saw a car in front of their door they locked it and didn't open. They don't want customers to come back or what? I can give 0 star if allowed!!!

The toppings are abundant. She put a lot of vegetables on my 4 Subs for my Family. Exactly what I wanted. Excellent service! Very happy with this location!!

Nice and festivly decorated inside St Patrick's Day.The employee though seemed as though she didn't want to be there.I asked for very light mayo and she just squeezed the bottle putting a lot on it. Kind of ruined my sub for it was mixed into the smashed avocado.Oh well.....I've had great service here before so I'm sure it was just a funky day for the employee.
Vegetarian options: You can create your own sub with all the veggies you like.
Parking: Parking is pull up out front with designated spots for subway in two spots.

Placed an order through the app. It registered as ready, even have them a few extra minutes and when I get to the store, nothing has been made, one worker is sitting at a table on his phone and the other was in the back.
