Subway will not customize your food order if you place it online. That was last order at any Subway. I've experienced this issue way too many times.

The guy making our sandwiches seemed like he was talking on the phone via an earpiece the entire time. As a result, he struggled to follow our requests and made two of the sandwiches wrong.

My husband had a terrible experience here. Goes to order and the only employee there gets extremely frustrated with my husband as he tries to order one sandwich.

Employee eventually says he only speaks Hindi. So husband pulls out his phone and writes the order in google translate. Employee continues to get very upset with him and then pulls out his own phone with his own translator. My husband speaks the order into that and the sandwich gets made.

As husband is paying, the employee mumbles under his breath and his own phone which my husband is still holding picks it up and translates it to “this tattooed freak”…

We will be going out of our way to go to other subways from now on. Ridiculous, unprofessional and unbelievable behavior. My husband tried to be helpful and work with the Hindi only speaking man and that man responds with a complete lack of polite and respectful behavior.

Amazing staff, very efficient and courteous. Came in for lunch during work with two coworkers and was treated like family. 10/10 recommend

My wife stopped by there on 1/15/25 around 830 pm... door was locked and they said thier time on maps(2200) is the wrong closing time. Lol it sucks dealing with a pregnant, hungry woman. Fix that time man

Ordered 2 12” subs and upon arriving home I realized that I was given 1 6” and 1 12” sub. I drove back to the store to have them correct the order and they made the 6” into the wrong sub insisting that it was correct, but it was not. Then our 6 pack of chocolate chip cookies did not contain a single chocolate chip cookie. The employee said they didn’t have any and so they just filled out with what they had, not what I ordered. They said they could not refund us, won’t be using this Subway anymore.

Extremely stingy. I might as well have ordered bread. All their "5 star reviews" are fake. This is a terriable location. If you want better food, goto Jimmy Johns or Jersey Mikes. More expensive but it seems like subway has turned into the Mcdonalds of the sub world. This particular location being one of the worst!!! You will lose more money with dissatisfied customers than what you are saving by being frugal with your produce and meats !!!

Terrible customer service from the Indian guy with the glass! I order for double meat and he act like he put double meat for me into I called him out! Even add little bit of veggie they don’t care it was very bad don’t ever come here! I’m the guy who order the B.M.T Indian guy if you reading this

Placed an online order and let me tell you - It was exactly what we had asked for in our order. We had tried all Subway locations nearby Polaris/Lewis center area and none of them got our online orders correct.

While the female employee was kind, the male employee came off as a bit rude, like helping me was an inconvenience to him. He wasn't all that kind like he normally is. I won't be back to this location. I don't tolerate even borderline rude behavior.
